Charlotte, I know that a lot of your clients are celebs and therefore will be beautiful. But it would be so much more helpful and show so much more skill to see you do make up on people who aren't incredibly naturally beautiful anyway - just normal members of the public? I always love these looks but it's hard to want to recreate them when I know I will look nothing like the model you've put it on. Just a suggestion, much love x
M Boo she can sell products better if people can relate and see that the products translate still onto average/normal looking people. Of course they’re gonna work on gorgeous models
lala vasquez no need to curse at the person. Just because this is the internet doesn’t mean you have to be mean whenever you want. Besides, bomb.com may be right. Maybe what Charlotte Tilbury (and maybe a lot of other brands out there) is selling is effortless makeup. You just need to enhance the beauty that you already have. If you don’t like it, then don’t buy her products. You can go to MAC or something and have fun with the colors they have.
Christine Dreams I dont think its about suddenly making someone beauitful w/a dramatic transformation. Its seems like its about enhancing the beauty that is already there. Putting this makeup on a regular looking person wouldnt make them a dramatic difference,either. It would only just show off what features they already have. In the end that's all makeup does anyway. The plus is if it can keep your skin healthy,too:)

I love your makeup line and your tutorials totally give me life but honestly all of the models that you use have perfect skin, wich makes hard to see the real effect of the foundations. I cannot say if the videos have filter in it, but seeing a young girl with perfect flawless skin before & after to me is not very helpful for makeup purposes.
She uses exquisitely beautiful models because it makes the makeup look even more phenomenal which SELLS. It would still be refreshing to see it on a regular girl

Her products are good. However, I agree that 'regular' people as models would be more useful. Extremely fair (like myself) or very dark skinned people should be a regular feature, not perfect, honey coloured goddesses!
She is stunning but i don't like so much her skin color i prefer white color people. I am enough white too and i have observed that the most eyeshadows are not made for white people. Either they are too light and it is like i don't even wear eyeshadow or too dark for my color. And this palette is definetely not for me.
I would love to see how the makeup works on regular girls ones with dark circles and acne anything just to see that huge transformation effect that we all love
if you have acne- go to your dermatologist and treat it, if you have dark circles - buy specific eye cream. charlote tillbury's makeup is not the solution
@@bluerain716 yes, I have deep set eyes and with deep set eyes come dark circles. It's just how my skull is shaped, so yeah I can't do much about it. I just realised this comment is from 2 years ago lmao
it's not an honest presentation, imho. the model is stunning by herself. No make up is needed. Charlotte should take an ordinary girl "next door type" and show us what her make up really can.
Ксения Kseniya no one needs makeup nevertheless, makeup is all bout enhancing beauty which is already there and everyone is beautiful. And you can find more tutorials of her with people with troubled skin issues.

StolenW I do agree with you. While advertizing beauty products , traditionally they tend to hire beautiful people with very outstanding and symmetrical features. While the majority of people aren't that lucky so we don't relate to the product advertized. That is my only concern. Otherwise all people are free to do whatever it takes to make them feel good and happy about themselves
This is great and you did a wonderful job. However this model is already stunning with or without makeup, she basically had no imperfections. Please some darker/indian skin tone regular people as well. People like me who have acne, acne scars, pimples, textured skin, etc. I have tried a few of your products and it has sadly not worked a bit on me, maybe its me not knowing how to use them but they just don't seem to live to the high expectations to me. Regardless, you are super talented and I love watching your brand and channel continuously growing.
Fatma Atma she’s a qualified experienced makeup artist who is good at her job, she owns a makeup brand. Don’t tell me she doesn’t how to do makeup for people with different problems, especially when she claims to be so knowledgeable.
Ashfaaq Mohamed I woudnt believe it as iv never seen her work with one. Maybe she is qualified but not confident in her skill hence avoids. Or maybe she thinks Her makeup wont sell well if she used it on trouble skin its made for ppl with perfect skin not real issues. They are very low coverage products.
If you're looking for her products on acneic or textured skin, there are tons of videos on youtube with a quick search. Consensus is that her products are great but that the light wonder foundation is very sheer coverage whereas the magic foundation will conceal those bumps and that texture. I have some scarring on my cheeks and the best way to disguise is with generous contour & blush. (Charlotte is an excellent makeup artist and so of course she'd know how to enhance that type of skin as well but these videos all employ models. Doesn't mean her products won't work on textured skin. Plus retinols are amazing for acne & she uses them in her products)
I see these comments all the time, but within seconds of searching you'll see she has many tutorials with darker skin tones as well as tutorials on acne and wrinkles.
I love how freckles are now in demand. I remember how insecure they made me feel as a child. To see women actually painting them on now is shocking but also makes me happy lol

All great products and stuff, BUT why are the makeups always done on girls with perfect skin and who are pretty without makeup ? How about doing it on some one with normal to problematic skin???? That would be more true to life..

Charlotte has finally heard our prayers and released a quad with mattes and shimmers! And on top of that, the colourway couldn't be more beautiful. I really hope she makes this one permanent :)

I understand products will work differently on different people's skin ...so l think to really see these products results would be better on imperfect or mature skin..most base/skin products can make a young, blemish free, problem free skin look great! She always uses models with great skin to sell her products...this doesn't make me any to try her line if l always see perfect skin models using her products..
