@@professionalsinger17 she didn't scream at all on this video singing Adele songs. Emotional soulful singing comes out of the Black Church and is used to reach the crowd with a spiritual message. Some singers do it too much, but Jennifer registers her voice at times, but not excessively imo!

I love her voice enough and beyond to leave you speechless. Her vocal range is very good for Adele's lyrics and perhaps she could bring something more to them. However, that would be just adding extra sprinkles to an already delicious cupcake. Both are wonderful and they know how to silence a room with chills to spare.

Yes, talent is always amazing. Tom Jones is a million mega talent. What a voice and singing that man has! Take a look at his older videos. He is like no other!!!!!!!!!!!! He has a skull shaped in a way that produces an amazing singing voice. There´s no words to express the talent of Tom Jones. Yes, Jennifer is a great talent, too. But, not as big a talent as Tom Jones. He is beyond others. nat King Cole is another, but a talent in a different way. Tom Jones is a mind blower.

steph Blafr mismanaged by her record company. pair her with great producers & put marketing behind the music & J would be even bigger. but it's like the industry doesn't want her. she's had to fight her way up. Of course, it's all down to opinion as to whether someone is a soulful singer or sings with emotion but I am baffled that you are comparing two very similar vocalists with pretty much the exact same musical upbringing and saying one - the one who was considered a vocal legend and adored by many because of the way she sang with feeling - isn't as good as the other, who in all fairness, has never been revered to on her level. She may be great in her own way, but Jen is in a league below Whitney but that is not to say one is less of an emotional singer than the other.
