I really admire JLo. I know many people say, her singing is mediocre, her acting is wooden, ok..she is an entertainer, she put up shows where she sings & dancing. But above all, she is survivor. She doesn't indulge in self pity. She knows showbiz is cutthroat business. After each fall, she must get up back on to the next project. She knows how to compartmentalize each issues, many people using this method to move on, to survive. She admitted during Apple TV interview, that when both Ben & she cancelled their engagement in 2002, she almost died of heartbreak. But..she emerged stronger. That's, I must buy that spirit.👍

Notice how when they showed diddys pic she looked right back at it all smiling but when they showed Ben and Garner she didn't look at it once. Clearly she was still in love with Ben here. You can see it in her body language. The way she talks all fast and laughs and notice her tone when she says I'm happy for you, like she is hurting inside and she was. She never stopped loving Ben.

I think she hooked up with Ben when he separated from Garner as she said on Wendy show that she has gone back to exes after breakups but did not answer if she did with Ben lol. I think her kids know him she’s the type of mother that will tell her kids everything so they knew him well of him before they got together.
It seems they have e-mailed each other for years. So the rumors about Ben's e-malis to Jen in February must be true. It's nice that they stayed in touch. I'm rooting for them. Here is their second chance

It’s the fact that she knew all of his nominations and wins… just like he knew all of her movies. This goes to show that they kept tabs on eachother the whole time they were separated.

I'm glad she ddnt strt to tear up a bit bcus I feel like I would have if it were me having to look up and see a man I know I'm still in love w on the red carpet w his new lady. Honestly, she is a good actress and I believe at that very moment, she used her techniques to hide any emotion she may have felt at that time. Her shouting, "I'm happy for you !" was a way to cheer herself up if she did feel like crumbling. That reporter is a conniving bih. She clearly took pleasure out of rubbing his new relationship w a whte woman in this beautiful Latina's face. Almost as if to taunt her like, "That's where he belongs."
