At 2:28 when Jens is winning the stage ending at Avila Beach in the Tour Of California, I was sick in bed at home only ten miles away watching it on live stream. Having ridden those same roads so many times over the years, I knew exactly where he was when he attacked and knew immediately he had timed it perfectly and had that stage won! It was beautiful!
jens voigt was one of the best balls out racers... very aggresive, and his team-mates would have gotten nowere without his efforts. more times than not he was the one to break the field up.
