One of the best looking F1 cars ever i think. i loved the way they had all those wings on the cars during that period. The 2014 cars look much more bland.
He is just wanted to say old f1 cars have better soound 2004 for example. Search an old f1 race and open your ears. Now search a 2020 f1 race... Not the same.. "car guys". Because the old engines did not meet today’s environmental regulations. Therefore, the stroke volume had to be reduced and the high stroke volume and torque replaced with a turbos. Which will never be the same. Just like in today's cars.(Like the new coming mercedes amg HEAVY SUV whit a 2l ENGINE)
@@f.mitterrand My comment was 6 years ago! But I have since seen the 2017, 2018 and 2019 cars and went into a pit garage whilst it was revving. Whilst the cars are now bigger, faster and more amazing the sound is still far duller and quieter compared to the V8 and V10s.
This was such an awesome day, the sound of that car was amazing! I got my pic sat in an f1 car 🏎 Jenson was such a good sport for doing this .. man f1 is amazing!
Thanks, the camera is a Sanyo HD1000, lower end of the HD cams when it came out but it can give good quality. It was difficult with such a crowd to get a good shot all he time so most of the time I'm recording with arms out-stretched. Some artistic license with the editing to create the effect of having more than one camera to capture it from the start and mid-point of the street!
+ItsUrBoiOisin Sat in one as well, very uncomfortable if you're in shorts and a t shirt lol. Actually rode in it and that was even more uncomfortable if you can imagine.
I had in late 80´s an 1966 Mustang with Cleveland 351 engine with 350 horsepower. It had big rear wheels. The car behaved like this F1 car on wet tarmac.
I tell you now most of those people must now be deaf hearing this F1 car on this vid dosnt give F1 cars justice cos these F1 cars are loud as fuck I went to the British Grand Prix in 2005 and holy shit they can definitely rival jet engines they can make the ground shake and that ain't no lie infact when they came out of club corner and went down the straight and to the next corner they would come off the accelerator and they would give off what sounded like sonic booms no friggin kidding F1 cars back in the day were awesome

@sem Aka be sensible, the engines were made in London by IImour for Mercedes who later bought the factory and expertise...but it's still a British company. The car is also British. Most of the F1 teams - including the current Mercedes F1 team - are based in the UK.
