TheTemper-King almost everybody does, he’s never been able to win games for his team out of that 2 week stretch in New York. He’s best coming off the bench. He got plenty of minutes in LA, Houston and wasn’t able to do much with them while starting... better off the bench

@Bank Head you don't understand business. Lin sanity was huge for the league because he attracted asian fans. White players attract more white fans. The fact of the matter is that black people are generally better athletes, i mean just look at all of the high paying sports. Jeremy lin is good enough to be an NBA player which means a lot because the NBA is the highest level of competition. He's still just a role player though because he's not 6"8 with a high strategic iq and a 40" vertical. Just be real. Diversity is welcome in the league as far as the business and the fans go. Now the way some of the other players treat him is a whole other thing. Frankly that's because of how black people are treated by basically all other races world wide (excluding some places in the east), so yeah the players wouldn't want him there because a black kid could've made it out of the hood and started making enough money to change his and his families lives for generations to come. I like jeremy lin and so did the league when he was playing well, but hes a low efficiency scoring pg who's not really good at facilitating the ball. If he gets his 3% up 35 he'll be picked up in a heart beat because he's good for the league.
I am beginning to see why CBA is not quite at the level of NBA. They are too focus on offense and not enough in their defense. The teams in CBA is simply not aggressive enough in their defense. Jeremy Lin gets a lot better shots in CBA because he is getting more open looks and open lane for him to more easily drive to the basket. Defense is just as important if not more so then offense; but it is often overlooked because it is not as sexy that provides the hero moments. If CBA teams would start to step up more in their defense; they will be a lot more competitive to the NBA.

@@Baegitte They're not ignorant. The NBA is insanely cut throat. Lin outright was terrible when he played for the Raptors. At his age, the vet minimum salary that teams would be required to pay him, they'll rather spend it on a much younger player from the draft that has a potential more developing into a star or role player. I've been watching a lot of Lin's play in the CBA, he's definitely lost a lot of explosiveness from his multiple knee injuries.
Joseph Yu The weird thing is that the first half of the season for the hawks, he was very good. Then when he got to the raptors I don’t know what happened but he didn’t seem like the same player
@@notsocooldude7720 I was listening to a podcast and I forgot which one, but some guest mentioned Lin's terrible play with the Raptors. He suggested that playing for a trash team, like the Hawks, can sometimes hurt your competitive spirit, so when you go back to playing meaningful basketball, your play is affected.
He looks like he's barely even trying and doesn't wanna be there. I know he wants to still be in the NBA....but he can make A LOT of money in China....
My guess is that they either didn’t think Jeremy Lin was a threat or they knew that if they double teamed he would be able to find the pass for an open look
I like Lin, but he cries too much. Come on man, you representing us, stop crying on the court, at events, when Kobe calls you soft. Man, Lin's gotta those tearful emotions to himself. SMH.

Professional athletes cry at two places in public- retirement and championship. Man up and stop fucking around with your hair and you'll still be in the L.

In addition to it breaking all kinds of logics in team ball sports refing, it also should add excitement to the game if you actually were able to defend teams and hold them way down under 100.
