Jeremy Wells Reflects on 'Newsboy' Era with Mikey Havoc 

In the late 90s Jeremy Wells rose to fame as "Newsboy", reading the news on Mikey Havoc's breakfast show on student radio station 95bFM, and 1997 the pair made the shift to TV, launching the MTV (later TV2) show "Havoc".
This show was boundary-pushing in the extreme.
