Welcome back for another quick & delicious recipe video. I’m showing you how to make jerk salmon pasta. This pasta is so easy to make. You can use whichever type of salmon you please. I like Atlantic salmon over sockeye salmon. The sockeye salmon is a bit flaky and tends to break apart easily when you’re making jerk salmon. Use whichever jerk seasoning you prefer. I used Jamaican Choice dry Jerk seasoning and Walkerswood wet jerk seasoning. You’ll need:
1 box of linguine
For the cream sauce:
1/2 onion
6 garlic cloves
1 pint of heavy cream
1 1/2 cup of chopped spinach
1 cup of cherry tomato chopped
1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp tony chachere’s creole seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
For the salmon:
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp seafood seasoning (old bay is fine)
1 tsp dry jerk seasoning
3 tbsp wer jerk seasoning
