It’s been a long time since I made quesadillas on my channel! This time with a hot and spicy jerk marinade and homemade potato wedges :)
Here’s what you’ll need:
6 pieces of chicken thighs (breast is fine too)
1 onion and 1 bell pepper
4 potatoes for the wedges
Hot and spicy jerk seasoning
Seasonings for the chicken:
2 tsp Caribbean adobo spice rub
1 tsp All spice ground (Pimento)
1 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning hot and spicy
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
For the wedges:
I cut them into the wedges shape, seasoned with Cajun seasoning and a little salt.
I also added in some olive oil before air frying for:
180°C for 20 minutes on the roasting setting.
