Hey foodies! So today I made some chicken quesadillas which turned amazing😍 They are so quick and easy to make and so perfect. The recipe is very very simple, just get yourself some chicken, thighs or breast is perfect!
Ingredients
-Around 800g/ 1kg Chicken Thighs ( chicken breast is fine too)
-1/2 Tbsp Salt
-1/2 Tbsp Pepper
-1/2 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
-1/2 Tbsp Paprika
-1/2 Tbsp Scotch Bonnet Powder
-Drizzle of Lemon!
-Desired amount of peppers and onions
Cook the chicken on a medium/ low heat for 20-25 minutes, since I’ve been making these i like to add in the peppers and onions to the chicken so it mixes nicely together.
