sol rosenberg of the jerky boys called bird feed store. Hello sir thank you very much, did you have a very good day? Thank you... cockadoodle dooooo .. Bing Bong goodbye sir
I came close to pissing my pants the first time I heard Wild Bird Feed. Their best work ever. Johnnys best work I should say. The chickens are up in the morning going cock-a-doodle-doo in my window!
Same, I was like 14 and just immature enough to pine over these future historical relics. Sal was my absolute favorite persona. The war time memorabilia, the yard sale with the damn weed whacker, and the one where sal falls and breaks a leg... It sounds like they tripped over a damn dog when it happens and that shit had my sides tear open from laughing. The firecracker mishap, and the shadow phobia.. all gems.
@@spunkyspaz Ah yes, I love trolling the scammers and foreign telemarketers. No big shocker, I was addicted to prank calling in the late 80s and early 90s. When they invented Caller ID was a dark day indeed. Thank God and Baby Jesus for *67.
And they say "Hi mister, how are you?" Hello? One time I had one that was trained like that. It could say, "Hello Sir. Thank you very much. Did you have a very good day? Thank you."
I was up in Saratoga today watching all the horseys run around and one horsey fell down and was kicking it's legs all about....and then these people dragged the horsey away and the horsey was going "NEEE-E-E-E-E-E-E-E, NEEE-E-E-E-E-E-E-E!!!" It was awwful, I was like, oh my gawd, the poor horsey!!!!
Not only do you have beautiful taste in music (Morrissey); you have amazing taste in 90's prank-call/humor. I spent just as much time crooning to Moz songs as I did to laughing to the Jerky Boys. (Tip of the hat to you!)
It's well known that Johnny Brennan was Sol Rosenberg from the Jerky Boys and now voices Mort Goldman. Try using this crazy thing called Google once in a while.
