After a series of box office flops, Jerma nosedives from Hollywood starlet to existentially depressed toothpaste salesman Editor: Holy Mackerel The Third / @holymackerelthethird2478 Main Channel / jerma985 Twitch Stream: / jerma985
His catch phrase "LIFE IS PAIN. I HATE-" just sounds like he keeps trying to declare his depression to the audience but they continually cut the feed from his mic before he has a chance.
@@Mama-Luigi I think it’s based off those poorly made Facebook greeting gifs that you get sent by your grandma whenever she manages to actually text you something comprehensible
24th October 2017: Jerma makes it big Literally two days later: Jerma sells out wow his career was a rollercoaster ride, too bad he was too short to ride it
To be fair, this game was part of PS move's pack in demos, so it's at least slightly better known than all of the other ps move games that apparently were.
7:38 Him switching tones here is geniunely so impressive- He is so into this role the game has put him in and I love it so much. I'm suprised he's not an actual actor or something. I'm kinda happy he isn't and instead is here to make us content unlike anyone elses. And even if this video is 5 years old he is still making just as good and maybe even funnier content. I'm so glad I discovered Jerma! This video is certified Jerma classic in my eyes now. So damn good!
the characters only ever face the camera head on. whenever they turn their heads, they do it fast, and you can never see their face when not facing the camera. it’s really unnerving. it’s like they’re staring into your soul and honestly it’s the best part of the game
It's so cool looking back at old 2ndJerma videos, because you realize jerma hasn't changed. Everything I used to love about jerma's videos and streams are all still there, and he doesn't seem to get burnt out doing this stuff. I think it's because he really loves doing it, and you can feel it oozing out of the screen in every stream and all the 2ndJerma videos. And it's not just wanting to make a funny moment all the time, it's also his relationship with chat. You can tell when he thinks people have legitimately gone too far with something, because he'll disengage with overly-negative subject matter on purpose, and that makes his streams and vids such a comforting cozy place for me, like a big, warm blanket that's been in your parents' house since you were a kid. This guy has helped me through a lot of hard times in my life, and I feel one hundred percent confident when I call him my favorite creator on the internet. Keep being you, Jerma.
Kodlaken He might like this more than any of the other stuff that Jerma has done. To each their own. My favorite was in that one Jerma video where star headshot a guy in an alley with a damn bike.
Burning Noodles [RO] Just search up "gta 4 jerma" and look for the one named "one day I'll die of laughter". I believe That's it. It's the first clip too!
5:27 Look at the face while it's halfway turning, it's exactly what I expected. Most of the scenes have the characters looking straight at the camera or not facing it at all, trying to hide how flat they are, they didn't even bother modelling a nose!
@Dmitry TKR It probably wasn't the most apt, but it's true. I was sitting in a college dining hall. Just eating a sandwich, drinking some juice...until I suddenly wasn't. The juice was on the window and I was on the floor.
I love how over the years, Jerma forgot why he's being called EGOMANIAC and jermaPSYCHO when every comedy gold he made as a whole is a documentary of rapid growing insanity. Never change you always changing, Jerma. Love your entertainment.
Fun fact-- if you use the RU-vid app's _rewind ten seconds_ feature in the middle of Jeremiah's signature catchphrase "LIFE IS PAIN, I HATE" after he jumps through the paper screen, it syncs perfectly to the first recording
1:45 I love watching this video about every month and forgetting about this scene, and then always going back a few seconds to see the funny Jerma picking his nose joke. Gets me everytime.
Not only because of the razor deathadder bit, but because of his cameo in a fox in space where he does an in universe commercial for a cleaning product
2:54 I feel if that specific add actually existed for a real toilet cleaning detergent or whatever the stuff is, I feel he would say “No germs on my Jerms!”
i was just rewatching this because i saw an animation for the life is pain part and then realized the sparkle on image came from 4:41 and i got caught off-guard so hard
1:37 what gets me here is that if he'd gone through with his whole catchphrase, it would have RHYMED. somehow I feel that he knew this on the fly and purposely steered away from it
ahhh the superstars of our generation. bts, taylor swift, and the middle aged bald man who zealously shouts about the inevitability of death in the middle of cooking shows
