This man is the real deal. Classy, well spoken, a living blues historian as well as an amazing, multi instrumentalist and singer. An America treasure. Thank you sir

I've never seen the harmonica played like this before? How on earth does Jerron sound a low rhythm and a treble melody simultaneously!?

This young man is 4 years my junior, but seems to have a century more of wisdom.

recently I had a great recording artist in the C&W music industry ask how long I have been a fan.. bout 3 weeks Mr Nelson.. when you first started.. C&W wasn't county enough for me.. he's probably not a fan of mine.. ;~}>> I was fortunate enough to meet Lightning Hopkins at the San Diego folk festival in 73 and 74.. play with folks around Oak Ridge TN.. and grow up.. playing country music.. you are a fount of wisdom on the subject, sir... thanks very very much for sharing your music with us

If his grandma was 150 years old I maybe might believe him. Uncle Dave Macon has the best version of "bound the go" that there is. Listen to him

He's describing his grandmother's experience being a sharecropper after slavery. And where do you think Uncle Dave got the song from? From black musicians.
