You may have heard the podcast with Pete Grymkowski when he claims to have ran 10,000mg (NO typo - 10 GRAMS) of AAS per week back in the 70's. Then you hear about the crazy cycles that Steve Michaelik (RIP) ran, also in the 70's. Many people like to use these guys as benchmarks, claiming that the guys in the 70's really DID run much higher doses than one may think. So being that you was really tight with Arnold back in the day, can you touch on some of the doses he ran? You've touched on the topic before, saying Arniold liked his dbol, and brought back primo from Austria. But what kind of ballpark doses was he running for a show Ric? Also, didn't he take any test, as I've heard test wasn't so popular in the 70's? Robby claims that he has NEVER taken test, and taken only a 200mg deca injection every TWO weeks. That's hard to believe man - he said that in an interview with Palumbo - you may have seen it. Anyways, hope you read this brother - good health to you & keep pumpin'!
