I’ve been playing guitar for about the last 5 years and I gotta say, Tommy is the guitar player’s guitar player. I would love to take lessons from this guy.

Saw them for the first time TOGETHER a few days ago in Birmingham & we haven't 'come down to earth yet'. It was a wonderful evening & a privilege to hear such absolute brilliance - the very best musicianship. They are both so modest & 'unshowy' & genuinely seem to respect each other & enjoy playing together. We were already massive fans of Jerry & hadn't seen Tommy before but 'wow'...what brilliant guitar playing. We were lucky enough to meet them both too & they were so down to earth & generous with the time they gave us. A big thank you to both of them. We can't wait for next time!

wow, this is so good. Their licks complement each other so well. Never stepping on each other's toes, the perfect balance between the two instruments

When you hear this, you remember music is the most powerful thing in the world. It can change you in an instant. Take you somewhere else completely. Invoke an emotion in you that was distant but a moment ago. Truly a wonderful composition from Tommy. What a hero.

Stunning! So dang much fun! A scant few hours after this was uploaded on Jun 18, 2019, I've already watched/listened to it no fewer than ten times. The happiest/best/tightest I've heard Jerry play since the "Skip, Hop and Wobble" days! Jer, do a duo CD with just Tommy and you. Simple. No vocals, no fancified production. (And you can dedicate a tune to, or compose one for, Muhammad Ali. Tommy is a major Ali fan. Muhammad is his all-time hero.)

Cool, That Maton sounds good, my dad took me to the Maton factory as a teenager back in 1978. They both sound great together and through those mic's (good clean and rounded sound), lots of smiles and good energy!

Does anyone have more fun than Tommy Emmanuel? BTW, saw JD in Grass Valley, CA a couple of weeks ago. Kind of peculiar, a show at 2pm Saturday afternoon. But JD and the band were FANTASTIC, and it was nice to have that glow through the evening.
