Jesmonite Silver Bronze Metal Fillers 

This video explains how to use our Jesmonite sliver bronze metal fillers. Here is a step by step guide:
1. Clean and check mould
2. Weight out 300g Jesmonite Silver Bronze Metal Fillers (The weight you weigh out depends on the size of your mould. Jesmonite Liquids and base to Jesmonite fillers is 1:1 ratio)
3. Weigh out 200g of Jesmonite Base and 100g of Jesmonite AC100 Liquids (2:1 mix ratio)
4. Slowly pour Jesmonite Base into Jesmonite AC100 Liquids
5. Attach Small Jesmonite High Shear Mixing Blade to drill
6. Mix Jesmonite Base into Jesmonite AC100 Liquids for 1 minute
7. Once successfully mixed, clean off Small Jesmonite High Shear Mixing Blade in water
8. Slowly add the 300g Jesmonite Silver Bronze Metal Fillers into Jesmonite AC100 mixture
9. Mix Jesmonite Silver Bronze Metal Fillers and Jesmonite AC100 mixture for 1 minute
10. Once successfully mixed, clean off Small Jesmonite High Shear Mixing Blade in water
11. Brush apply a 1-2mm Jesmonite AC100 Gel Coat/First Coat
12. Once brushed in slap/vibrate mould to release any air pockets within the Jesmonite AC100 Gel Coat/First Coat
13. Pour in the remaining Jesmonite AC100 and Silver Bronze Metal Fillers mixture
14. Gently tap sides of mould to finish
15. De-mould after 3 hours
16. Once de-moulded leave to cure for a minimum of 24 hours
17. After 24 hours the Jesmonite AC100 and Silver Bronze Metal Filler surface can be polished
