He's comin' more to the R&B side of music. I like this new sound he got goin' on. I think he's actually gonna gain a lot more fans than he is gonna loose. I plan on buyin' his album.
I loved this album Departure! this is his best album in my opinion. This track in particular was my favourite and Told You So.. I really enjoyed all of the songs.

I grew up on New Edition, Jackson 5, Shai, BoyzIIMen, Soul4Real, Hi-Five, Jodeci just to name a few and Nsync Backstreet Boys 98* Take 5 No Authority, etc sound good singing urban music! JC Chasez is my fav white boy, then Justin but Jesse is up on my top list these days! HaHa! He sounds AMAZING singing R&B! To hell with what anyone says! Now if I can get Josh Keaton to do an R&B album! I was mad his never came out!
& for all the people who think he is rapping on the CD, he is NOT! thats another guy rapping. if you buy the CD and watch the special features on it, he says that rapping is not his style so the other guy raps on it. He likes his CD thats all that matters. & i think that his going to gain more fans than lose. He also said that this is his most successful CD promotion he has ever had!

the only reason sexual things are taboo still is because society has told us that we need to be hush hush about them rather than express. go to places like Europe and nobody there cares as much about it. it's just another human thing. I love this song and this man! he's not afraid to shatter the barriers :)

Oh my, he has fucking grown. What kind of song is this? I first heard it and i was like "My oh my, sick ass lyrics to this song." @singerg02 you're right. i kinda like and dont like your comment at the same time. i like it because it's true. and i dont like it because i really like jesse. i mean, let's just respect his choices as an artist. he wants to grow and he sounds great nowadays. but you're dead on right when you say there's nothing special about him anymore. yeah, his songs sound like all other artists' but you can still really distinguish his voice, though. he really needs a big hit to thrust him back out there :D
@dialhotline911 -- Yeah. You're definitely right. I just can't stand the lack of originality in the music world right now. Just a couple of years ago, you used to be able to turn your radio all the way up at your favorite station and rock out all day long because there was never an end to the great song selection. Now it's like you have to bounce around to 5 or 6 different channels just to find 3 or 4 really good songs. I guess I could've probably been kinder in my judgment of Jesse's music but

its funny cuz he says his new cd is more mature and grown up but his old music and lyrics is sooo much deeper than the superficial crap he talks about now. he sounds like everybody else now and i guess thats what sells but i dont think theres anything more mature about this cd except the fact that he actually talks about sex...which is only 10% of a relationship.
Seriously, why is everyone going on about this song being "totally perverted"? Like Jesse is the first person to make a song about sex.... There's many other songs that are far more perverted than this one (Get You Wet by Pretty Ricky comes to mind as one thats far more perverted) Seriously.... I don't get it.
