Thanks Dave! I have the same setup as you; Kreg table with Jessem lift. I just bought the Jessem featherboards (better than Kreg) but I may return them and get these.
I have the Kreg Router Table and just installed these stock guides. I noticed the adjustable fence on the Kreg table stick out farther than the track the guides tighten too. I am wondering if I need to shim the guides out with washers?
The Kreg Router table fence has little black plastic rods that can be inserted behind the fence to protrude it when performing certain tasks like jointing an edge. is it possible that you have these installed? There is actually a storage space for these behind the fence for these when not in use.
I bought one just a few weeks ago whwn it was on sale otherwise couldnt justify the cost. Little did know that even a good idea/product can be limited by its weakest link. The set i received only had 4 socket screws with wing nuts even though there are 8 holes made for them. There are 4mon each side of the aluminum extrusion and in order to remain ridgid over the years it need secure hold down. Well apparently spending over $250 did not justfy adding 8 screw sets vs half. Shame thst the customer service was zero help. I remain loyal to companies with good customer service but that was not my experience so will be returning product.
if thereplacement ones continue to be like that you can experiment with O-rings I'd try a white or clear Buna N or a silicone. Check out the O Ring Store online theoringstore.com/ they have an amazon portal too
