Thanks really appreciate it! Don't sleep on the others on the channel 👀 we got some of the best 🤘🏻 Josh's Video of Luis Grijalva about to be a thing of beauty!
Great training. Three cheers for the guys. When I ran the NYC marathon in the 90’s men ran alongside the elite female runners. They couldn’t stay out of their way. Women didn’t have any pace setters. In this session the pace setter gave a great lead to Jessica. Just what she needed to reach a little beyond herself.
So Coach Pete can time when they start a rep. Arms dropped and starts running the rep (splitting his own stopwatch at the same time). Seen regularly in American groups (HS and college) from the lead runner, sometimes seems to be a habit/quirk that individuals pick up and stick to. Definitely helps if you try to time a group across the infield (e.g. 300m reps etc).
400 reps (400 jog recovery), 300 reps (300 jog recovery), 200 reps (200 jog recovery) 5 mins static rest between each set. Apologies for not mentioning in the video!
