Hey Marty, I really loved your message. Remind us that we will be hated by close relatives and friends. I don’t want to correct another commentator here on your channel that said that Peter was meek and tolerant of Paul. He is unaware that as Bishop Ambrose records that the 12 decided as a result of the offense of Paul in Galatians two verse 11 that they determined that Paul was a false apostle because he was teaching contrary to God‘s word particularly about sabbath and circumcision. This is in Bishop Ambrose‘s work - his commentary on Corinthians and Galatians - especially the Latin of first Corinthians nine verse two. So deciding that he was a false apostle is not being meek and mild at all, but in his face telling him he was wrong. This has been suppressed out of our books, but it’s mentioned many times actually by the CVS and others that the original church which was named ebion had concluded that paul had to be repudiated as an apostate.

Amen Marty! The true gospel will turn many away. I am all alone. I have moved away from home as well but I used to love talking about the word with my family and friends. I’m now completely alone. I talk with unbelievers more about theology and the Bible than my family. I think something extremely important in this with family and believers is to remember to be a peacemaker.
