I think PBC making the most competetive fights. At least guys with winning records are fighting each other. I think the days of fighting bums until your 20-0 are long gone because boxing fans are tired of seeing one sided fights and guys building their records against bums

Pretty sad a guy gets absolutely dominated, fights to survive, beats a hype job that was being built up, then is granted an opportunity at a title shot at Tim Tszyu. And yet everybody has amnesia about this fight.

Losing doesn't make u a hype job. Mendoza lost every round until he caught Fundora with that punch. Also, Tszyu is waiting for a big fight, of course they are going to pick a guy they feel he can beat. They want Charlo, Bud or Spence. They aren't going to risk that on a guy nobody knows.

Congratulations 👏 Jesus Ramos Controlling the tempo with relentless punishing combination both too the body and head. Consistency in Utilizing the Jabs too set up straight left hand of the southpaw stance and the ability to execute right and left hooks on the inside. Courageous effort from Mendoza giving Ramos good work.

I watched this whole card. There were some really hard shots landed in each fight. No one was beat up at all though. I’m surprised no one was wobbled. Does PBC use softer padding gloves?

Ramos is a good fighter but he’s such a bland proto typical Mexican come forward fighter with a good punch. A boxer with a semi decent jab will make his face look like week old refried beans.
