As a victim of domestic violence this really offends me. It feels like a glamourised portrayal of domestic violence. Was she a victim? I know she worked with a charity but what good did putting this out into the world do? It should have ended with her finding the strength to leave - that would have been inspiring rather than triggering and depressing for people who have been through it.
I think the music video was to showcase what it's about to be in an abusive relationship rather being inspirational, I guess that's the point, to show the world what being in an abusive relationship really is.
