I loved the 2nd game as a kid and it's still great to play now, even though 1 and 2 are a little janky. Very difficult too. Never got to play 3. It was a fresh take on the racing genre and really deserves a comeback. Still listen to their OSTs a lot!
Two members of Jet Moto Central had plans for a fan-made remake (possibly in Unreal as Unity wasn't working out for them) but I can't say for certain what happened to it since then. I'd love to try blocking out a VRChat remaster of it though.
This track makes Rainbow Road looks like child's play especially when it switches from peaceful heavenly music to literally hell with the metal music playing.
I played this game so much as a kid, I used to run full bore through this level. Braking is definitely effective if you want to avoid falling, but if you use the layout correctly, you can skip huge chunks of the level by ramping off the track and landing on different sections.
This stage is awesome and one of my favorites because of the setting and music as well as course design. I haven't played this game since 2001 or 2002. I must play it again.
Man, this game was awesome back in the days. Childhood passed me by the face and I didn’t even realize it. I remember when Lil Dave and The Max used to be my favorites.

That's because this is the original version of Jet Moto 2 (which means it's not the Greatest Hits version). So that means all 10 riders are on the track. IMO I think it would be a bit boring with just 3 other racers though.
Omg I’ve been thinking of this game for months and I finally found it I thought the graphics were so good when I was little and more detailed but I really didn’t remember it like this 😂
Well, other than Vamp, I've also beaten master with Blade. However, beating master with the other chars would be difficult for me, especially with the heavier bikes, since I'm not used to handling those kinds of riders. Maybe if I have enough free time I guess.
This game is insanely hard on Master setting. You pretty much have to make zero mistakes because the other racers were actually gameplay recordings rather than programmed racer AI which is why the opponent's are perfect on Master difficulty. This was done to conserve the CPU
man i forgot about this game up until now, but this track's crazy heaven-and-hell theme got stuck in my head all these years. don't remember the game being this slow though. i think WipEout is spoiling me lol
Nice race. Blade was acing the race first couple laps. But other than that, they need to label this game or at least the track for some people because all the flickering and blinking in the hell part of the race is really dangerous for people with epilepsy and seizures.
I once played Jet Moto 2 on the PS1 when I was a kid. I really don't like the Nebulous course because it's super hard to stay on track. Glad I don't have that game anymore!
