Heyyy congrats on the sponsorship. Junior makes some amazing pedals. I used a Revelation reverb for a while before moving to the GFI Skylar. I absolutely love the concept of the two overdrive pedals he's made "Lion" and "Lamb" since that song has one of the most recognizable of guitar riffs of pretty much any worship song ever.

Thanks for checking out the video! Just wanted to clarify that the 100 presets are accessible via MIDI. By itself, there are 3 onboard presets + the "live mode", so you basically get 4 presets to swap between without using MIDI ⚡

I like this because preset and it has more grit as an option. I feel like most od pedals are wayyyy too clean for my taste . I am searching for an od pedal to replace my mxr prime distortion as with all the distortion rolled off its still too much for my M.D. I recently purchased a tube amp too so my tone is changing drastically.

Have you tired out the Jackson audio golden boy? I have the same approach to drives and I love how it has midi to dial in pretty much anything

I actually haven't tried the golden boy yet but they look awesome based on what I've seen! Definitely a pretty similar workflow. MIDI with drives just unlocks so much, definitely a super cool feature to have!

@@SamWittek I agree. I’ve had so many overdrives from a ton of JHS pedals - KOT and other pedals. It’s 2024 and I feel like an overdrive pedal should have things like 3 band EQ/boost/midi built in lol …. however, all the glory to God. Keep up the great work brotha, praying for you and your ministry. 🙏

@@SamWittek my herdim blue picks just arrived! Gotta love Amazon haha. You should try to set up some affiliate links for the gear you use. Btw, do you always use these picks or is it only when you want that awesome textured edge scraping sound these are known for? I've been using blue Tortex Sharp picks for years and it'll take me a long time to adjust to the standard pick rounded tip

@@Aevyn Nice!! Yeah I've been thinking about setting up the affiliate stuff for some of the other gear I use, I'll have to get that figured out lol. I alternate between the textured side and the regular side, and also .73mm picks, depending on how much I want to cut through the mix
