Yea, what's sad is i often see a good (sweaty) player, stat card says 70% wr let's say, and it's only me and him left vs more enemies and instead team work he decides to go alone and throw the battle by dying, happened to me so often it feels like a feature.
@@LordGangrel It's rare occasionally you will find someone who cooperates with you. I remember this one guy who coordinated with me once and we wiped out half the enemy team on our own.
I see you have been playing quite a lot of British Air recently. I have a recommendation, if you're interested. The Brigand B 1. Don't bring bombs, use it as a fighter. Trust me.
@@Leonidae Evil up until a point, it's a gunboat and that means past the head on or once you drop alt or once you give up energy, you are basically relying on luck hahaha
I don't know if you've done a vid on it yet but It would be interesting to see you and Warlord play that Japanese Ki-44-II Otsu Shouki that has those low velocity and low rate of fire 40mm canons.
I kinda hated flying Spits until i got to the Griffons... These things are absolute beasts. They're the best pure air superiority fighter in the game as far as I'm concerned.
I struggled with a Ki-84 at 6.3 for awhile before I got the Kikka…it was a bit of suffering to be sure. Thats not even mentioning the suffering that the Kikka is until it’s upgraded
@@ArcticArmy the tracer belts help a lot. Hit and run only really works with a significant speed advantage. Most planes I’m fighting ( F-84, F-86, F-89, Sabres, etc.) usually outspeed me
@@gabehowe2778 im assuming youre on US servers, as in the EU american planes arent all that common, but I think the kikka can still out accelerate them
@@ArcticArmy not in my experience. I feel like I can’t catch anything. Climb, dive, level flight, doesn’t matter. I have it spaded now and it still feels a bit slow
Love the Mk 24. My first outing in it was when it was 7.0 and I was the only prop in a jet lobby and I was stock. I managed to get an enemy kill assist and I was somewhat stunned as I am not a good shot. Would be interesting if they introduced the Spiteful, I suspect that would be even better, but the Mk24 is such an elegant looking fighter and finally some British guns that hit hard....
I absolutely love the Mk24, but I genuienly struggle to play it against hets. Even with a spaded performance. Oh and fun fact, its missing about 600hp in its engine
Could never make any of the spitfires work for me, especially the Griffons and the clipped wing😅. While the 109s always came easy to me. I just don't know how to spitfire.
The clipped wing spit is an uptier monster. I've played it a bit at 9.0 before I had jets of my own. Against jets, having an insane roll rate in exchange for a bit of flat turn speed goes a long way. That said, I get why you might find them hard to use if you're used to the energy retention of a 109. IMO, the spits (especially the early ones) are more about burning your energy at the right moment than patiently increasing the advantage.
Now it might be. I got it when both it and the Su-11 were 7.0, worst stock experience ever. Before the upgraded fuel you don't get the acceleration and climb advantage over jets, and before the cannon upgrades a 0.2 sec burst can jam your guns. When you're already spaded, OTOH...
can you do some suffering with italy videos? (i main italy and dont give to the snail and i want someone else to feel some of my pain) oh and btw im a new player not a pro
I love the Spitfire Mk.24 (It's literally the peak of the Spitfires aside from the Seafire FR 47, how can you not?), but I just can't make it work. Even coming back to it after over 500 hours of playtime later and it just doesn't stack up. You have no command of the fight because you can't catch up to anyone who is aware of you. The jets can just choose to not engage you and you will never catch them and if they do, they'll be super passive and keep making passes while you run out of energy or are forced to the deck and you become an easy shot. I wish I could enjoy this plane, man.
from what you've just told me it seems that you keep falling into their domain for engagements. The MK24 is the king of it's own arena. You need to make jet pilots get out of their comfort zone and get on the deck and bleed their energy. Even if they are being passive and only making passes at you, they need to come down to you eventually so play the Spitfire to it's strengths :) You've got to try and make yourself look helpless to give them a false sense of security
@@WeBeStronkHey webe, you use the Epic Thunder 4 sound mod right? I just got it and it works fine but when I fire my guns in an aircraft the sound carries on playing even when I've stopped firing. Did this happen to you? Do you know how to fix it?

We are only props in this game !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While literally looking at Japan prop on his left side J6K1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF man are you fruking blid LOL
If you ask a spitfire player , he will also say that it is very easy to destroy a mustang. All in all you can’t just say mustang is better . And the role of the two fighters was different too. A long range fighter is no match for a nimble intercepter and a nimble interceptor is no match for a long range fighter. Mustang has a status card , which is really good for what it is , and the spitfire also.
MUstang has better speed, and better speed when extending will let you climb better. Imo the faster plane dictates the engagement. In a game situaion a good mustang pilot will have no problem defeating a spit. But in a dogfight the mustang will mopped the floor with
