I was there until this afternoon. Absolutely roasting down there at minute. Stroll round the headland to la carihuela, it's a suburb of torremolinos and Absolutely beautiful.. loads of family run fish restaurants. Amazing as I know u like local food😂

Great travel vlog Lee I always say it, but it always feels like we are there with you. I was amazed how busy Midlands Airport was at 4am in the morning. Nice flight plenty of leg room and yes, Yorkshire Tea Lee you can’t beat it 👍. I had a feeling that first train was the one you needed when it departed away. One thing you MUST do is get the train from Málaga to Saville..we did it in June . Incredible city ..2hrs direct...Do it..be a great vlog ..Also the fuengirola ferrier is on Oct 6th to 12th... Absolutely fantastic experience....👌

Just to say Lee looking forward to seeing your video of Southern Spain been there a few times if you get a chance go to the hippodrome and up the mountain to mijas the views are stunning and a few lovely restaurants and shops you will not regret going

This was why I always have my holiday in may and leave the rest of the year until October for the sheep! Then have a quiet holiday in October! Been through all that cost a fortune packaged in like sardines holidays in July to end of September don’t miss it one bit!

Enjoy Torremolinos, I went last year for the first time when my Mrs' friends dropped out of their girls holiday, it was boiling last September too. I'd never fancied going to Torremolinos but there is plenty to see and do. The lift from the beach to the commercial centre is a welcome addition if its a hot day. Oh and the Tapas is great here!

Lee, have a great trip. Stayed there in june for 3 nights. Remember to have a drink in Mgjamon , cheapest place in Torremolinos, and for a nice meal with no frills at crazy prices try Lanjaron . Cant wait to see your trip . Take care 😊🎉

I travelled 2 weeks ago from BHX and same as you at 4:30 in the morning the airport was rammed,couldn't even get a seat in weatherspoons...i can never remember it being that busy and i thought there was a cost of living crisis....

I went on the jet2 app and the most expensive holiday for 14 nights from Newcastle was the Hotel La Barracoda £3151 bed and breakfast . One was only £2,500. Ypu weren't trying Lee 😂😂 enjoy your holiday and take care. You should go on the cable car in Benalmadana and the sea life centre too.

Hi Lee, what chaos at EMA! We havent flown from there since Sept 19 to Ibiza and we had a 7.30 flight and it was almost as bad to get through the system then. Some years ago I used to fly up to Glasgow to visit my girlfriend(now my wife!) and then the domestic and international flights had dedicated security and departure gate areas so the queues were split bearing in mind there are so many flights leaving in the time slots around 6.30 to 8.30 approx. some within 5 mins of each other .Plus for the domestic ones you could check in up to half and hour before boarding so you were not clogging up the terminal 2 or 3 hours before. So then they lump everything together and look what happens. We once had a flight to Fueteventura around 11.00am and the experience was totally different - it was so much calmer and quicker. (Apologies have not quite managed how to sort my you tube name out yet only just tried to comment recently.(Steve from Mansfield)

With regards to girls and photos your right. And just because your sensible not old. Young girls too often do the trout pout in photos because they think it's more flattering. But ever happened to a good old fashioned smile what's wrong with that. One of my nieces get a tan and her lips done and seeing her like that you'd hardly recognise her. I don't think she needs too there was nothing wrong with her natural self the way she was. And with Starbucks what you need cake wise is their "Trio Of Favourites" consisting of a raspberry and white chocolate blondie, a brownnie and a caramel shortcake delicious. Also their seasonal pumpkin spice latte is really good.

Is Jet2 an airline or a flying dept store? Sounds like a flying dept store during take off. I don't travel any more like I used too. I hated flying so I used to sleep a lot during the flight regardless if it were 2 or 13 hrs which makes window seats great because you could lean against the wall unless your flying business class then you have tons of room to crash.

Personally I don't understand how you can have 'starbucks' and 'worth waiting for' in the same sentence!

Im actually going to Costa del sol next year in July for 10 nights and were flying witb Jet 2. We're staying at Fuengirola.

My god the prices of the duty free alcohol its cheaper in Tesco's or Sainsbury's and why would you buy any duty free on your way to Spain??? No wonder there is a cost of living crisis with full english at £13.50 and other very expensive prices for crap airport food

We went to Torremolinos from Fuengirola by train, got out of the station to be greeted by Dealz aka Poundland and Burger King, viva espana. Enjoy yourself.

Hi Lee ,I hope you enjoy your stay in Torremolinos , I can recommend a trip up mount Calamorro by cable car which you can find in Arroyo de la Miel , also starting on Wednesday 27th Torremolinos has its annual Feria de San Miguel which goes on for several days , hope to see you there .

It's worth taking time to make sure you're on the right train, especially in a foreign country, I've got lost so many times. On one occasion I boarded a train in Hamburg expecting to count 5 stops and then find a ferry stop which would take me back to where I started, however, instead of slowing down for the next stop the train continued accelerating and pretty soon we were whizzing through open fields and countryside, I had no idea where I was going on my 1 Mark ticket. In the back of my mind I was thinking crikey, historically this is not a country where you want to be on the wrong train, you might end up somewhere you really don't want to be. The train eventually stopped after about 20 minutes I guess, crossed the platform and got the next train in the opposite direction and thankfully wound up back where I started, and from there was able to figure out where I went wrong, all on my 1 Mark ticket. We've got to have a paella review, that is fantastic food !!

If u want English food go to Winstone bar and el mojito . Both are on calle bulto in carihuela . Carihuela is on way to benalmadena. Just walk along the coast. Beautiful part of torremolinos. Both are frequented by the British visitors and the street they are on is lovely. Iv never tried them but as I say popular with brits

You showed us a panoramic sweep on the balcony, but quickly averted our view of the adjacent balcony... but we do have the ability to stop on a frame, you know.😃 The sink in your room looks perfect for bathing any puppies or kittens you pick up along the road... errr... SORRY, wrong video. I know it's just a basic hotel room, and you won't hardly be in it except for editing, but it would look MUCH better, and feel more comfortable it they put something on the walls; even cheap mass-produced commercial artwork would cost them very little.

Jet2 are not the cheapest anyway. You said it yourself, kids have gone back to school that’s why people are going away to avoid rip off school holiday pricing. Enjoy 👍
