Another great travel vlog! What always makes me laugh are the pictures of the 'food' on the in-flight menu. Then when the stuff comes out it looks like half-cremated roadkill that's been scraped off the M1! 😆

I actually got into an argument about queueing up to get on a flight with a member of staff at Birmingham airport years ago. I was with my young kids and they were sat by the window watching the planes and he came up to us having a massive hissy fit saying that we needed to stand in the queue. I tried explaining to him that it didn't matter who got on to the plane last but he wouldn't have it...needless to say I ignored him....

Those cafes at Malaga airport look fantastic. All there was at Glasgow airport was a Greggs ( sorry, I know you like them!) but all they had to offer were a few cakes and sausage rolls. And since I can't eat sausage rolls ( too spicy for me!) I had to have a ring donut - which was too sweet and so I couldn't eat that either! What a pathetic selection! I'm sure they do better in other places. I also asked for a cup of hot milk and an espresso separately. The milk was only lukewarm. My husband's coffee was hotter than my milk. If they can do hot coffee, why can't they do hot milk?! Oh, btw, just got back from Benidorm & yes, had a great time as always. On your recommendation, I took hubby to both Rays 2 ( found it accidentally up an alley) and the Northern Sole in the Old Town. The fish and chips were good in both places, so thanks for that. I enjoyed Northern Sole more - the fish was bigger ( only had a regular) and our waitress Jan, was lovely. When I went in to pay, I mentioned that I'd seen your review and that's why I'd come. They smiled and seemed very pleased. Will go again next time I'm back. Thanks for all your lovely vlogs. ❤

Hi Lee...thanks for a wonderful set of vlogs from Torremolinos and beyond!...I know the area very well as Ive been going there for holidays for the past 30 years!...Could I ask about the hotel you stayed in Torremolinos?...i dont think you mentioned the name, but judging from your last vlog, it looked like the former "Cervantes Hotel" which might now be the "Tent"??...How did you rate this place?....The Cervantes was considered a 4 star hotel and very central to Torremolinos town....Oh, and if you ever want a great "steak meal" on the Costa, please try the "Block House" in El Corte Ingles in Malaga....the only Block House outside Germany( and imho the best steak chain" IN THE WOOOORLD"!!!)...trust me ,I know about steak restaurant's!....Cheers my friend....ONWARDS!!!

I've recently returned from a week in Spain and found the bread infinitely better than that sold in the UK, especially the artisan baguettes. An airport is a country's public facade so it beats me why they are not serving the good stuff rather than the rubbish they sold you.

I think the queue for boarding is due to overhead space angst. I used to travel a lot to and within Asia for business and the stampede when boarding was announced was epic. The US carriers have boarded by "zones' for years now, thus avoiding stampeds and massive queues.

These airport duty free shops are a disgrace the prices they charge for food and drink . I make myself something up to eat or just buy a meal deal if possible. Next holiday with JET2 to Lanzarote for me . Happy days.

Did MAN/AGP.....AGP/MAN .... Jet 2/Ejet all on time old slow 757 going and usual Airbus Ejet and 25 mins early on return. Ejet staff very keen to charge folks that dont comply with baggage policy... a number fell foul of the under seat bag trying to convince Ejet staff that their cabin bag would fit under the seat. No chance and card machine was working overtine.

I have to agree with you, re duty free prices & the hassle of carrying the stuff. Apart from tobacco products, it's hardly worth the effort. Indeed, "Duty Free" at Schiphol Amsterdam Airport; doesn't even exist - the prices are the same for passengers travelling within the EU or outside the EU - they don't want you to notice this though, because it's a bit of a scam.

British queue because of brainwashing by those who control them. Returning from Majorca they only had two desks for dealing with all the holiday makers who had been dumped hours ahead of time. Planes need cleaned, the air craft maybe a little late, and staff have to arrive and get in gear. All this is done whilst the paying customer is kept in suspended animation. Departure lounges should be provided for all on arrival at the airport, the terrible treatment extended to travellers is beneath contempt and only exists because of lack of self respect and apathy.

Duty free?? Some of those are cheaper than in the shops, also by letting them take your boarding pass number they can claim the VAT back for themselves.

I am the same lee If the lady behind the counter as forgotten to add something on I will remind her " Because , You never know if they are deliberately doing that to see if you are honest and going to shout you back to seconds after you've left till area . and another reason is if there till is short it comes out of their wages " not the company's I used to do deliveries and if I was short the company still wanted their money but some customers thought oh well the company can afford it . not realising , That if you are short , The money comes off the delivery driver , not the shop they still want their money at the end of the day . Because you could have just put it in your back pocket and made out that you are short my self and the staff were there for one hour extra while the manager added up the till again and again looking at us as those we were thieves because of £5 , when all the time she had made the mistake . But no apologies at the end of the day . 🇬🇧

With all the announcements, my brain went into yada yada yada mode. Regarding the queuing, I wonder if it has got ingrained because of Easy Jet . In the early days they used to have "free for all" seating meaning a mad scramble to get the best seats.

Well Lee im really disappointed that you missed some of the most beautiful places on the Costa Del Sol and spent most of your time in Benamadana which apart from the marina is just like Blackpool in the sun and you missed so much like Mijas 20 min on a bus from Fuengirola and you didn’t visit Marbela and pueto banus which would have made a great video of how the other half lives. You could have seen so much more. I love your videos but this trip wasn’t one of your best. My views are probably a minority with your friends but I say it as it is. But looking forward to the next one thanks Tony.
