what has the GM done? got rid of darnold who never had talent around him for zack wilson who is a 3rd stringer on a team starting Bo Nix. mekai becton, james morgan, cameron clark are no longer in the league. Ashtyn davis cant get on the field, malakai corley cant beat out lazard or gipson for the 4th WR spot. kept shoving zack out there to avoid accountability for that wasted pick. hired a defensive coordinator as head coach when the offense has always been the issue. traded for hassan reddick and cant even get him to sign. i can go on and on
Joe Douglas took the strength of the team, the defensive front and made it a weakness. This Reddick nonsense blew up in his face! JFM was traded for a bag of balls. Bryce Huff just walked away. Jermaine Johnson is out for the season, and Mosely is hurt too. There is nothing on the front 7 besides the Q brothers. They cannot stop the run to save their lives and cannot get the running game going on offense at all. Couple that with 13 penalties!!!!!! and you won't beat a Division 3 team!!!

Got to agree with Sal this time: the Jets win the Super Bowl of talking themselves up, starting last year with Hard Knocks. Instead of talking about their talent, their young "stars" should stop yapping and focus on reaching their potential.

Rodgers having a bad throw while it’s pouring rain is easier to look over than receivers running wrong routes and oline not stopping anyone and getting penalties with zero run game from breece because they hate using Allen for some reason

Saleh is a fraud. Theirs other issues but he is the biggest one. With a good coach this team possibly could be better. Woody bringing him back after 3, losing seasons in a row is stupid. Actually, Woody might be a bigger problem.
It’s glaringly obvious that the problem is the horrific coaching. They have the players and might not be SB contenders but should be wayyyyyy better than this!

Our starters have regressed immensely under Saleh and Hackett. Garrett is lost, undersized and weak! Breece is playing scared and soft! Braelon Allen has been the superior RB since week 2. Sauce is a shell of himself; he's been scared to tackle, ever since that week 1 collision with Deebo. The O-Line was trash.. Rodgers got destroyed! Greg is ‘NOT’ the Leg. No more talking about winning the division, the AFC, 'Super Bowl or Bust.. That's delusional! Put the Jets in the Sunday Night game against the Ravens.. it would have been an absolute massacre! The Bills would kill the Jets. 'Same old Jets.. Some things just never change.
Sauce was always scared to tackle since he got here. That's his biggest flaw. I agree with Garrett Wilson just looking bad right now and I place that blame strictly on coaching. This coaching staff has just been pathetic since they came here, ruining top prospects non-stop.
@@marker20 Sauce is only good one on one defending the deep ball. It pains me to say it but it’s become apparent that he’s overrated to say the least! He’s no ‘Revis Island’.. Not even close! Garrett looks dazed and confused; zero chemistry with Rodgers, I would also lean heavily on abysmal coaching but that being said, if he gets so much as sneezed on the ball’s coming out. Whereas Mike Williams is a big physical WR that’s going to win the 50/50 ball.

Woody likes Head Coaches he can totally control. That IS Saleh. He will never hire a Head Coach like Jim Harbaugh. That is why Woody keeps hiring as Head Coaches -- Assistant Head Coaches with Zero Head Coaching experience. He can control them. The foregoing is a recipe for Non-Success in the NFL. I really do NOT think it bothers Woody that the Jets are NOT a winning team in the NFL. As long as they are PROFITABLE. And the Jets are Profitable. How about growing a set and maybe saying it how it is. It's not by chance that in 2021 the stop racism NFL hired it's first Muslim head coach in the same year it was getting come backlash for not having enough black owners, enough black HC and how it handled Kap. The HC is terrible. The players other the AR THINK THEY ARE GOOD. The GM gets off way too easy. 31 Games under .500 If you exchange coaches yesterday. Put Sean Payton in as Jet HC. He blows out Saleh 21-7
They are a dysfuctional, overrated team and that starts at the top. How is Hackett still here? He runs the most pathic offensive in football. Who is runnning this organization and allowing this to continue? And Saleh? It's inexcusable to have 13 accepted penalties and no accountability from anyone? Saleh will most likely survive the season. Making a coaching change during the season is not Woody M.O. He'll most likely. let the season play out and then clean house. I would be very surprised if Woody pulled the plug on Saleh during the season.

I don't think it's an accident that Darnold's best year as a Jet was his rookie year, when he had Josh McCown mentoring him. The next year (Gase's first), he had a bunch of rookies behind him, and the year after that, he had Joe Flacco, arguably the most selfish player in the league and definitely no sort of teacher. And Saleh not interacting with his players during a game? Wasn't that one of the knocks on Gase?

Now imagine if Jones could not lead team to end zone from 1 yard line and imagine if Jones under threw Breece Hall. Then imagine Jones throws the balls nowhere near his receivers on potential game winning drive. But when you are Rodgers you just throw ball near receivers and penalties are thrown. 3 Field Goals no TD passes? I thought great QBs don’t lose these games? Bronco fan here don’t worry I’m objective we have two things in common + another when we got Russell Wilson we thought he was good and would fix the culture he didn’t. A good qb coming from good culture can’t do that that’s coaching. Hackett led coached broncos were most penalized pre snap in the league see a trend? Lastly until Tim Brady snapped on the Bears on the sideline it didn’t get better. The other players can’t arrive at his level until accountability arrives. We didn’t play well but we are a much more discipline team without Hackett and with SP
Sports isn't played on paper & this Jets team has only played 4 games together. Not being very familiar with each other & managing a 2-2 record is actually a decent scenario. I'm not a Jets fan but we have the same issue here in Atlanta where some people thought you could just put a team together & then predict how successful it would be based on players past individual stats.
I hate that ppl don’t like salah smh And I always hated the notion that “penalties is on the coach “ never ever made sense to me and I’m an old guy lol Salah did not make the team do all those false starts or def penalties …. How is saleh the problem he is a DEFENSIVE coach that has turned around the jets defense. The picture that should be in the thumbnail is Nathaniel Hackett. The offense is why we lost yesterday most of the penalties came on the offensive side of the ball. We all know the offensive side is on Hackett and Rodger’s so why are we blaming Saleh for THEIR issues. HOLD HACKETT ACCOUNTABLE and stop looking for a scapegoat in Saleh
With or without a real quarterback, it was already obvious after the last few seasons that Saleh is a horrible head coach. His teams are legitimately worse off extra rest than off a normal week. Penalty after penalty after penalty.
The coach might be the most important member of the football team and the Jets are lacking with Saleh as their leader. So many obvious issues that his opponents see.
The main issue is the offensive line.. every damn time we get a good offensive lemon in here. It’s like they forget how to to play and that I feel Falls directly on the coaching.
As I watch this season blow up, I just keep thinking of Rodgers and how COCKY and SMUG he's been the last 18 months. I wonder if he was at camp instead of in Egypt,would his lineman be more familiar with his cadence? This guy is too old and all talk.
