She already had two starring roles on TV: Karen Sisco (2003) that got cancelled after only 7 episodes, and Threshold (2005) that lasted only 13. She's a strong actress but it looks like she's just had bad luck picking shows. And she's got more than great expressions :-)

@@BrotherApexx The problem was Karen Sisco, which I loved, was a part played by Jennifer Lopez firs. So fans of Out of Sight would not except her in the role. Even though she was a great successor. Also there was no George Clooney romance in the show. I guess in general people wouldn't give the solo adventures of Karen Sisco a chance, typical. Threshold was also a good show and that show in a meta way had its fate fortold in the first episode. I remember with the words of Brent Spiner's character. We landed the Mars Rover and what was the front page story that day on every newspaper? Britney Spears get's hitched! Unfortunately this was true in real life. Most people don't want to think about anything important anymore and are mostly stupidly obsessed with meaningless pop culture!

Well it was apparently the decision if its creators, trust me I wanted more seasons as well or at least one more, this us according to Hoon Lee who played Job who would talk to me or any fan on Twitter at the time the show was on. But it was left open for a return someday which I really really want as well. Lol
