I live in Panama city. I'm always trying to find good places for me and my 12 yr old son to fish. We tried St. Andrews park but didn't see this spot. Can't wait to try it! Thanks and can't wait to see where else you go!
You have to be very careful going out on the rocks. They’re slippery with sand and humidity and there’s places that you could fall down between two large rocks and probably never be able to get out by yourself. On another note there are raccoons that live out in the rocks and if you don’t keep your eye on your bait they will steal it. I learned that lesson the hard way.
Been to the Jetties a few times. Great place, definitely have to think ahead on what to bring. Can't take everything when you have to climb those rocks
Man… I can’t tell you how many 4:52 moments I’ve had with bluefish at the jetties! They do not stop fighting you, lol. Great video, makes me want to take the drive over and check out some new rocks! I’ve about worn ours out haha
Nice Bluefish Bonanza Mr. Lawless. Appreciate the fact that you don't always have to catch giants to enjoy a successful outing. With ya on catching that size all day! 👏👌
Here at St. Andrews till Friday any tips for the jetties what rig do you use for sheepshead seems like we are constantly getting hung. What Coker do the fishbites are good out there. Thanks great video
good video friend, I love fishing for bluefish, they are fighters here in Tampa they don't arrive like that in spots 😔I'm thinking about going there where you fish but it's about 6 hours
@@TheLawlessTide Thank you very much friend, very grateful, the truth is, I just spoke with a fishing friend to travel together, here in south florida we can stay with 10 of 12 inches in destin is the same ???
Great to get into a school of blues that size. Do you ever cook them? I bleed them out and make sure to cut out the thick bloodline. I also soak them in buttermilk. They cook up decently if you do it right away.
Hey man I just wanted to ask what time did you usually get there? Going to fish the jetties in a few weeks and just trying to see when the best time is to go.
Minimum size is 12" and you can keep 10. It's sheepshead season, I'm not gonna eat bluefish when I could eat sheepshead, plus on the jetty it's a pain to keep fish because you are climbing on rocks and constantly moving.
