Understanding how much of each style you should create and how to accurately project sales is they key to running a successful handmade business. In this video I am going to break it down and even show you my own internal inventory document that you can replicate for your own yearly projections. So helpful!!! Thank you, I own a small jewelry business, but I don’t make the pieces myself, I buy from different retailers and then I try to create some new pieces of out the stuff I buy bc I’m not able yet to create them myself, but I’m going crazy with this subject, I have no inventory or strategy for my business, and my goal is to be able to create my own designs in the future, what do you think I should do? Thanks I am from Mexico 🇲🇽🤍🤍🤍

This same type of inventory planning can be used when you buy products from another manufacturer, the key is to start tracking and recording all of your sales by style, so that at the end of the year you know what to reorder and you can make a budget and achievable goals.
