The Quickest and Easiest way to get from JFK to Midtown Manhattan is Via the AirTrain and then the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) We do it and take you along so you can see how the journey is made
After getting off the plane at JFK, there are plentiful signs to follow in order to get to the AirTrain platform.step 1 is to take the Airtrain toward Jamaica Station. The AirTrain makes stops along the way at various airport terminals, before traveling through Queens and arriving at Jamaica Station.

From Jamaica station, you can choose either the subway or the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) to get into Manhattan (or Brooklyn).
In this video, we'll take the railroad to the famous Grand Central Station. You can also take the LIRR to Penn Station.
