It is good to see that some Indian universities are embracing global partnerships, innovative teaching methods, and creating well-rounded opportunities to develop globally competitive students.
No doubt that college has taken a good initiative for collaberation with international repute institutions but how can indian universities will tap the best talents tomiddl their institutions as the most private sectors are charging a lot of fees which average middle class families of India cannot afford. It is a well known fact that actual talent lies in rural area and now a days many private sectors know the fact and that is why they always give preference to Govt institutions for tapping talents for emplyeement rather going to private colleges . It is also a fact that a middle class guy with untapped talent if trained after selection is more loyal to the company than a guy from rich college who may not stay long. So question is how to beat this challenge in India. As you people say allumunai / people should fund but in India that culture is not inbuilt and industries / buisnessmans of today probablly always feel insecure of their treasure and donot contribute to the society. All think we are paying heavy taxes and Govt should do every thing and many private institutions have taken this as business . So solution to be found out .
