I'll never ever stop hyping up their performance in LITC. Their acting is out of this world. No offense but we know A LOT of popular kdramas that had mediocre acting yet they were being saved due to the 'extraordinary' plot and other (supporting) characters. But with LITC, you must have outstanding acting talent because this drama builds *solely based on human emotions*, so they need to be able to convey the complexity to viewers. And yes- THEY NAILED IT! They made me pondered and wandered for days, leave great remarks for every single ep due to the characters' fragility, flaws, and, doubtness yet full with strength, love, and passion- not idealistic yet realistic. Insane! No one can portray Park Jae Won as perfect as Chang Wook and no other actress who can bring Lee Eun O as flawless as Ji Won. I pray one day both of you gonna meet again in a national tv drama ❤️

What I love the most about this drama is that it's so realistic. The relationships in the drama feel genuine and Eun Oh's character is so well written. Feeling like you don't even know who you really are is so scary, especially if you don't like yourself and you're trying to change. It's like no matter how you act it's just a fake version of yourself and you never know who the real you is. I feel like most of us can relate to her in a way or another. Plus Kim Ji Won's acting is phenomenal, and she has amazing chemistry with Ji Chang Wook.

When he said to her that all 3 of her personality was still her and he is want to be part of it to know them slowly and to find herself also. Those lines Eun Oh was happy so much :D The first official date btw.

May i just add, i noticed even the fans of Ji Chang Wook and Kim Ji Won are matured fans . They really dig deep into the remarkable storyline . Toast 🍻to that .. we demand another yangyang reunion ☺️☺️☺️

No words can describe how relieving seeing this scene was. He was treated like crap by her. She then found out what she did wrong, reconciled with Park Jae-Won, and then kissed and made up.

I love this because they didn't let their get the better of them . His ego could have stopped him from going back to her , he could well thought like she broke up with him . Hehe won't go back but here he realised how precious she is and if he lost her now, he may never see her again . Similarly she overcame her ego and accepted him since he is her precious person . I love how we all talk about the drama highly and I hope we can all take what makes it lovely and implement in our lives. At the end of the day we all are striving to become better person.

Someone in the comments said it was a privilege to watch these two great actors and I totally agree. I mean can you just give it to them both! I really love this kind of realistic drama, not like those princely and unrealistic fairy tail like love story. It is possible to happen and it has many life lessons.

For those who are unsatisfied with Jae Won and Eun O being back together, i wrote this for you. EO leave JW in the first place because she wanna be the Perfect-Lee-Eun-O. Then she realized, we humans are fragile and vulnerable yet IT IS OKAY. She offered her hands to JW so both of them can venture together, becoming better people. EO still fills with flaws, yet she began to accept that. She wanna be a better version of herself with someone who can support, nurture, and embrace her faithfully- Jae Won is the right answer. She ended the crap "I'm leaving you cause i'm not good enough for you". Because in real life, we do need a person to rely on while we are lifting ourselves. Park Jae Won loves her the way she is while Lee Eun O loves herself as she should. Both of them can know each other better throughout their journey and nothing is more beautiful than that.

Lee Eun Oh isn't the most perfect character. If anything, her flaws are the most apparent thing about her. I'm not really fond of her character but still, it's also so refreshing to see a a realistic character that hits close to home. Don't we all have that phase wherein we feel completely lost of who we really are? To the point of hurting others unintentionally. And Park Jaewon is the most genuine and understanding person out there. He perfectly understood that even tho old Eun Oh, Yoon Seonah and current Eun Oh bring in different personas, they are all the same person and they co-exist inside one person which is Lee Eun Oh.

Please give this year's best couple awards to Ji Chang Wook & Kim Jo Won please. These guys are electrifying together.

Park Jae Won wins best boy of all time. Not only is he mature, he's understanding, patient, and accepts LEO for who she is. He deserves her love and trust the most. Ngl, this ending literally fits the show the most ;; I can't ask for anything better. I love these two with all my heart and can attest how much these 2 characters grew throughout the series. WE NEED MORE!! Please cast them again in S2 ;; EDIT: Kyeongjun and Rin-i's breakup SHATTERED me to pieces tho. But who else thought it was for the best? Some Korean comments say Rin-i's selfish AF but I think somehow they both are??? I empathized with Rin-i as a part-timer but both of them had their point. It just sucked that it had to end aaaah

Definitely one of my most favorite 2020-2021 series. The story was just simple but very realistic and just focused on real emotions and relationships. The directing, story telling, cinematography and ost were all superb. Ji Chang Wook and Kim Ji Won’s acting was outstanding and their chemistry was out of this world. I hope to see them in a full-length tv drama. Definitely a must watch. Good job Lovestruck team! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I swear that every time I watch them, I feel like I'm really watching them as if they were real people and not just some characters in a made up world. The way the actors captured all the subtleties people who are in a relationship do, is very precise. You'll begin to wonder if they really fell for each other irl, just for them to portray their character well. Even the other couples, I empathize with most of them. The drama really captured the essence of a true relationship and presented it in a way that would replicate reality the most. I've watched many romance drama and by far, this is the most accurate of them all.

LITC is not a run-of-the-mill romance type of drama where relationships are expected to be ideal in order to satisfy its audience. Here, you have very realistic situations - sometimes to the point that they become ugly, and frustrating with twists that are so unpredictable which leave a lot of the viewers guessing and analyzing why characters behaved in certain ways. And this only goes to show how invested in the drama the viewers are. All I can say is that LITC has all the components of a great drama which can go down in kdrama history, in my opinion, as of one of the most romantic ever written. From the realistic portrayal of JCW and KJW and the rest of the cast to the the beautiful songs in the OST line-up to cinematography - everything about it is just SUPERB! Kudos to the LITC team for a job well done!

It’s been a priviledge to watch Ji Chang Wook and Kim Ji Won. Two very fine actors that brought life to every emotion realistically. This is the first drama that I can't sleep without thinking what will happen next or whatsoever. I got so obsessed with it and even now that their back together, I still don't want it to end, I WANT MORE, MORE, MOREEEEEEE!!!!! OR JUST GIVE THEM ANOTHER DRAMA TOGETHER LIKE MORE THAN AN HOUR OF EPISODES HUHUHUHUHUHU ITS HARD TO MOVE ON FROM THEM.... AHHHHHHHH

This drama has been so amazing. It has really done so well with the balance of emotions. Humor, love, sadness, etc. I have laughed and cried with these characters. All the cast have done a tremendous job especially JCW and KJW. I hope there will be a season 2 for some of the cast since I think not all their stories are done and hopefully we will see a cameo from Jae won and Eun oh. I’ve loved the unique storytelling of this drama. You don’t feel like you are just watching characters, the stories are so relatable.

I love these two people they honestly complement each other well. Hope to see them again in a drama.

there’s something about LITC that’s making me flip through all the interviews, behinds, and rewatching all over again that I don’t usually do. God I wish this was a full cable tv drama, but again - it‘s perfect the way it’s planned and laid out!!!

I read a lot of comments on kakaotv that knetz are demanding for season 2 or reunion. We all know koreans are not into shipping culture as much as ifans, but the fact they also crave for yangyang as much as ifans shows chang wook and ji won's chemistry killed them 💅 So with that, Dear all kdrama director(s) and writer(s), this is your alarm to reunite them in a national tv drama. By casting them, you already secured almost 2 million viewers in south korea. I mean if ji won can have a reunion with joong ki and min ki (not confirmed yet) despite being on the same screen around 30mins, what's stopping them from calling KJWxJCW's reunion? Come on, dont be shy ✨

This drama was not only realistic, but lighthearted and fun. Perfect comedic level with an explosive romance! A balance of great acting, writing & directing. I’ve watched it multiple times already and can’t wait to rewatch it. I think the short episodes were good in this case - it meant that we didn’t have extra bits happening and we weren’t waiting around for things to happen, they just happened and we could enjoy them.

this series looks like made out of a poet. It is painfully beautiful. And I don't want to let go 😭🧡

why season 2 of love struck in the city is needed : - need more romantic moments between Jae Won and Eun Oh. - need to see the reconciliation of Kyung Joon and Rin Yi. - need to see what's gonna happened between Sun Yo and Kang Geon - need to see what's next step for the policeman and the actress. - need to go back to the beach of Yangyang. - need to see more of the friendship of those 5 characters ( and more specifically the friendship between Eun Oh, Rin Yi and Kang Geon ). - I could give more reasons but I think for the moment 6 is enough. Please make a new season, we NEED it.

This drama have an a amazing realistic plot. If you want a grand plot there are many dramas out there. This story focuses on human emotions and flaws. Dramas like this showcases the range of the actors instead of the plot. There's a heart wrenching scene in this same episode (I'm pertaining the other couple to Rin-i and Kyung-joon). They executed that scene so well as if they bear their character's pain.

I love this ending. It's not quite a happily EVER AFTER but rather, let's take what we have now, work on it and fight for it because it's damn worth fighting for. She admits she still has a lot of issues to work on. And he's willing to work on it with her, learning about her, together. It doesn't get any more realistic or beautiful than that. Moral of the story, you don't have to wait for life to be perfect in order to enjoy it 💕

The ending is sooooo beautiful, snow, hug, kiss just perfect. Their chemistry is amazing, the jaewon's line is melting my heart❤️

This entire show has just been so beautifully shot, acted, progressed and scored ❤️ I love Jae-Won accepted Eun-O from when he first met her and was willing to step aside and let her figure out exactly what she wanted. I love the theme of happy endings we've got from winter Kdrama too, it's such a satisfying conclusion too to see that they now want to figure their own feelings together.

Every episode of Lovestruck in the City is remarkable. This part when Park Jae-won really realizes how much she loves Eun Oh made me smile the whole time - like it's a big realization to him as well since he felt betrayed before. It's refreshing to see that he genuinely and truly loves her despite all circumstances and struggles along the way (getting together, breaking up with no proper closure, hide and seek, meeting again, fighting, and having a proper conversation). They grew together and apart. Now, they decided to find their true selves as they venture into a romantic relationship once again.

i'm so emotionally invested with this drama that i know my life will become lonely when it finally ends. kudos to the writers and director of this drama, it has been a roller coaster ride of emotions depite the fact that the duration per episode is only half of the usual kdramas. tbh, i was skeptical during the middle eps if both deserve to come back to each other after everything they have been thru, but hey it's love. and the more i see how much they cherish each other, the more i root for them to be together. "to love properly", this is the best resolution to that. love is love, and if it really is, love can also be done in better ways than before. so, to everyone who did not like their reunion, sorry, but they were each other's home and warmth in the first place which means no matter how far they wander, they will both come back to each other. THIS IS GIVING ME LOVE, ROSIE VIBES IDK ;((( P.S. waiting for the novelist-gym instructor reunion, too i hope they find their ways to each other's arms, as with kyeong-jun & rin-i idk meh their situation has become really hard

In my humble opinion the only drama I've seen so far to give you a realistic approach to the good, bad and ugly of relationships. We all love the fairytales , however to visit these characters complete with flaws was refreshing to see. Those of us of a certain age can appreciate the messiness, LOL (we've seen too much to not get it) I am here for it! All of the actors have shown up and shown out! Bravo!! Super shout out to both Ji Chang Wook and Kim Ji-Won for giving us the rollercoaster ride of emotions, absolutely beautiful. If a Season 2 is in the works then bring it on, I am here for every amazing bit of it. Haters can have several seats in the back _/_/_/_/_/

This show literally tells you that you should love yourself before you love someone else and if that someone loves you they should love all sides of you, choose you everytime you feel unwanted in a room, catch you when you are about to fall, never hurt someone again just because you were hurting, a lesson learned, beauty in and out, the darknesses, and all the flaws, made my sob and repeat some scenes 10 times, this show will remain one of my favorites.❤

Their chemistry have been insane since the beginnings at yang yang. Hope they’d star in another bigger and greater project together. All the love he wanted to show that he's been holding back till she lets him in. All the time he held her so lightly without barging into her space and suffocating her yet being nervous if she'll ever let him in. Respecting her take on life no matter how messed up it was. Validating what she's going through even though he doesn't understand it fully because of the pain he's suffering from not being able to hold her. Everything... Everything... All of this just said in one moment of resting his head over her shoulder. Even when he could love bomb her he held her so gently😭 I don't know if the team understood all this, the writer and the director but wow - the non verbals are killing me❤️ There's a kind of fierceness in gentleness🔥 It is a mature love. Shelving your agenda. Holding your own peace when you have put the pieces together🥰 Jae Won, you just needed to know the reason. But you were not petty in taking revenge for your hurt feelings. So don't tell yourself that you're pathetic and clingy. You're passionate and compassionate ❤️ Eun O thank you for allowing yourself to be loved. You are stronger than you know😀 It takes a lot to trust one more person after what you've been through. Loved the whole scene ❤️

I really fell in love with this drama as everything is beautiful. Simple yet it's the most impactful series to me thus far. It deeply touched my heart as I felt all the emotions of the characters. This drama honestly is a masterpiece that I don't even feel like convincing others to watch it because it feels personal. Not because I experience this, but more like most of people cannot understand it. I kept on delaying to watch this due to some review saying it's too slow that they dropped it after 2-3 eps and they couldn't grasp the concept. Well, it took me like 4 eps to get used to the 'interview' concept and the early eps obviously gonna be a bit slow because it's still in introduction phase. However, it gets better and the chemistry between the characters are what makes it even more better. From the kisses and raw emotions they portrayed got me feeling all kind of feels and it makes me want to fall in love too. From the editing (no slow-mo kiss, no unnecessary flashback), in which I love and 'get-to-the-point' kind of drama instead of dragging it till 16-20 eps, it is brilliant! Tho I would love to see more of them 😭 I finished the drama in one day and now I'm craving for more. I just need to see Euno and Jaewon lovey dovey with each other. No more heartbreaks. Sad to see it is underrated but glad to be few of those that appreciate and enjoying this masterpiece. Hoping for a sudden news of extra eps.

LITC is that drama that could get me on an emotional rollercoaster. It made me reflect on myself and life in general. This drama projected that nothing is perfect yet nothing is impossible. If two people are meant to be together, they’ll find their way back. But if they’re not, things will slowly fall apart as some just aren’t a great fit together regardless of how long they’ve been in love with each other. Being in love doesn’t mean you’re destined to be together. Overall, I just want to say that it will take me a very long time to move on from this drama. It’s incredibly good; the cinematography, the scripts, and everything. And most importantly, I’m forever grateful to the director for choosing the casts who are amazingly talented in bringing all these characters to life. LITC had successfully left a mark on many of us & I’m proud to say that this drama will stay in my heart for a very long time. ps: please please cast JCW and KJW again for another project!

Love Struck In The City is releasing soon on the 23 February (correct me if I am wrong) in the whole of Europe in Netflix. This drama deserve so much in every aspect. Best Actor Ji Chang Wook & Best Actress Kim Ji Won . Hands down!! Unless there is a nepotism existed in Korean Drama industry.

I'm so relieved to be reading so many positive comments here. Comments on other videos and on Dramabeans have been so negative and judgmental of Lee Eun-o. It makes me wonder if the typical K-Drama formula has wired people to only like characters if they're ideal and perfect. I loved this show since it does something a lot of K-Dramas don't do: explore how we (human beings) are all f***** up and flawed in our own ways. But that doesn't mean we aren't all still learning and deserving of love. I can relate to Lee Eun-o on many levels: running away as a defense mechanism, insecure if I'm too serious/boring, wondering if when I am spontaneous and fun if that's my true self or if I'm just trying to be someone I'm not to please other people. Hearing Rin-i and Jae-won tell Lee Eun-o that ALL of the different versions of her are real and true was something I felt I needed to hear right now as well. Ngl, I bawled when they stated that; it felt like they were speaking to Lee Eun-o but also to me and anyone else who needs to hear it at the moment. Eun-o and I are in the same boat--we've now got to figure out how to allow the different aspects of ourselves to merge and coexist. Cheers to anyone else who is currently on that journey.

Im happy with this ending for Jaewon and Eunoh but so sad that the story has come to an end. I have watched other projects of JCW, i know he is really an excellent actor. Though LITC is only a short drama, after Healer this project of him has become my 2nd favorite. As for Jiwon, i have followed all her dramas since To The Beautiful You with Choi Min Ho, thanks to that classy face and on-point acting. i badly need season 2 and i barely watch any kdrama that has more than 1 season hahahahha their chemistry is just so *chef's kiss* the acting is superb, the storyline, the cast!!! if season 2 won't happen, i hope ji chang wook and kim ji won would have a ~legit~ kdrama not web series, it'll probably sell hehe

I love all the three pairs! They all have a good, different and realistic stories to tell. The ending is satisfying. It's not tthe typical kdrama and maybe that's why there are some viewers who weren't really happy with it but if you think about it, this drama is one of the most realistic out there. The lines will hit you too. Praise for the directors, writers, kakao tv and the exemplary casts!

The best kdrama ever for me.Love the storyline,overflowing chemistry,the character development,most wanted friendship,real life lesson,how it so relatable with some part of our life,thus roller coaster emotion each episode they give it to us..i already miss them,our yangyang couple,O3 squad,bickering cousin..i hope jcw and kjw will be casting together again in another drama..millitary action romance drama would be great too...

YES to this ending. Honestly episode 17 is a bonus episode for me. LITC is in my top fave list of kdramas that I can rewatch over and over again because of the superb acting & chemistry + excellent storyline and flow / cinematography / direction / pacing / OST. Complete package for me😍 also my favorite drama starring JCW♥️

They compliment each other so well, it’s refreshing to see a pair like this! This scene sent a rush of relief over me because they reconciled, fixed what was wrong, and made up. It was really realistic and I loved it

When he lay down his head in her shoulder in the middle of kiss scene, is it scripted or adlibs, i'm wondering... My heart gonna explode looking at that scene!

Their acting comes out naturally. Every eye contact and every gestures are palpable. I don't know how will I move on after this drama. Feeling #sepanx by now. I am shipping them and they will be on dispatch next year. 😍😍🥰🥰
