I thought it was boring bcuz of the comment section but when i watch the first eps its not boring at all and i keep on continue watching and now im regret bcuz i need to wait for next episode.

The thing about this drama is that like no one scene is particularly important or noteworthy, but that’s the point. In that every single scene builds from the next and develops their relationship even further. It’s realistic, not dramatic. You’re not gonna to see the entirety of someone’s feelings or connection within one scene it’s gonna be over time. Also, this is some of the best acting I’ve ever scene. It’s similar to Normal People in that I feel slightly uncomfortable watching it like I’m invading someone’s private moments

This dramas is just a whole masterpiece it's so beautiful and raw and both of them seem comfortable with each other and I was so happy when they finally kissed again I just hope they can get a happy ending!🤧

OMGee, that was some great acting there. When you realize this scene starts with JCW accidentally breaking KJW's side mirror while trying to park and his agitation while calling her on the phone trying to trivialize the damage (not knowing she was right behind him), you will appreciate the smooth transition of their emotions from the bickering, to a full-blown confrontation of their feelings to giving in. This is one special drama.

I miss this drama. Those who said it's boring has no taste at all... Very well written story telling. If you ever fell in love and cant move on or have someone you cant seem to forget, you might cry watching this.

I really hope Kim Ji Won and Ji Chang Wook both know how outstanding their acting skills are. I've been reading comments to all of their Swoon videos and the way people (we) are very invested in their character's emotions and their story is not something every kdrama can give. Kudos to the production park shin woo x jung hyun-jung as well! they are not called as dream tandem for nothing

I love how JCW was all teary-eyed when confronting KJW to get affirmation of her love for him - it made us feel for his character what he longed to hear from her. KJW on the other hand showed several but very swift transitions of emotions from having cold demeanor to shock upon Jaewon's discovery of their rings, then that wide-eye look when Jaewon was calling her Eun-o and demanding to know the truth to a look of pleading to forget her and then finally to desperation because she knew she really loved him and had to just give in. That scene was so short but had me on the edge of my seat! They're so good! Kudos to the scriptwriter for a beautifully written dialogue, to the director for creating such a perfect culmination of rekindling their love and these two leads - JCW and KJW - for masterfully delivering a scene which to me is one of the most romantic reunions ever! 😍

When Jae-won shook her and called her by her real name, something shifted inside of her. You could all see it in her eyes. Jiwonie is a brilliant actress! They both are! Hope we could get another season and drama with these two brilliant actors as leads. They are sooo great together!

I'm going to watch this drama just because of this scene. I mean, I don't even know the plot or anything but Jiwon and Chang wook's acting brought tears to my eyes.

What makes this scene so great isn't even just the kiss, though that's pretty damn hawt too. It's all the events that lead up to this and the meaning behind it. All the pieces finally start falling into place, and Eun-o can at last begin to accept herself, and therefore her feelings.

I swear this scene will be awkward and uncomfortable if it's being portrayed by a pretty-blank-paper actor/actress. Fortunately, this drama is being carried by genius main leads so the outcome was SPECTACULAR. I mean they start with cute bickering ▶️ emotional confronting ▶️ longing kiss. The emotion transition was so smooth, and they did that in just a split sec- Flawless acting 💅 Edit: who just watched the bts?! Lol, ji won kept laughing during the rehearsal tho 😂😂

I am not only fascinated with their kiss but also how their eyes speaks for themselves, Ji Changwook's eyes who's confuse and hopeful with Kim Ji Won's feelings while Kim Jiwon's eyes screams longingness for Ji Chang Wook's presence and love. 🥺

I don't usually rewatch Kdramas these days but Lovestruck in the city is the first drama that I rewatch this year. It will always have a special place in my heart. Planning to watch it again for the third time!!!! Also, Ji Chang Wook and Kim Ji Won deserve to be casted in a full length drama in the future. Their chemistry is top tier!!! I hope casting directors will consider them again as leads. ♥️

For me, the way Jaewon nags and argues with Euno about her true feelings was one of the most romantic things ever. You can see that he fights his best to get his way back to her, no matter how many times she shuns him.

Lovestruck in the city give me high standart when watch other romance drama, it feels like there is no romance drama as good as this drama.

I keep coming back here cause I like this drama so much. Its not about external problem that we always see on kdrama, evil father/ mother of partner, second male lead, bad second female lead, status different(rich and poor), this drama is showing internal problems of two person who are in love, this problems usually start to occur after two or three years relay, the insecure, worried, dishonesty (to take Care of his/her feelings), jealous, obsessive and others. I really love this kind of drama, showing the internal problems.

She lied because changing into her new self is ALL she cares about now, loving Jae Won is second. Jae won scares her because he frequently called her fake, which terrifies her. Sad, but Jae Won did best he could. He stopped calling her fake. Instead told her to be honest. Next its up to Eun Oh to open up and be honest with friends. Then take time to become who she wants.

That kiss was to show that no matter who she was whether Lee Eun-o or Sona both are in love with him. As for him all he needed was just hope that their love wasn't fake and that some part of her still love him all he need is just a spark of hope

This show prove Kim Jiwon and Ji Chang Wook are really great actor/actress. They make me feel many emotions with their acting just with a simple dialogue. I have been watch many kdrama since a long time ago, there a drama with good script or dialogue but I'm not feeling emotions watch it. But, this drama, their dialogue is simple, not a poem, quotes like other drama but the scene really can make me feel their emotions. My favorite scene is this scene, the car scene while raining, the fighting at the road, the bar scene, the shower scene (its make me gigle) and many more,,hahaha. This Drama is so gooodddd. Its make me experience roller coaster feeling in each eps.

Lovestruck In The City is that drama that I wish I have no memories of watching this, just so that I can feel like it's the first time seeing this. I swear I gasped and screamed when she kissed him because the longing she has on her eyes for him is just heartbreaking, and then he kissed her back and I just couldn't help myself anymore.

I want to rewatch the whole thing. The fact that it's short will make it easy for busy people. I remember having all sorts of emotions watching this from happy, sad, worried, heart fluttering, angry. I really enjoyed this show.

There were two brilliant moments in this episode. 1) When the fork came apart as he fed her the meatball. 2) When they shot the last kiss through the broken side mirror of her car. {Neither of these would you ever see in an American half hour show}

I genuinely loved this drama for what it was. I feel like kdramas usually have this super unrealistic depiction of love and don't usually tend to show the real life dilemmas/miscommunications that many average people in love face. The way this drama portrayed love was so different. It showed loves flaws and shortcomings and that that falling in love with yourself is a big thing as well & the importance of mental health in a relationship. It was just so raw and refreshing and the writers, producers, directer's, etc executed it so beautifully

When it comes to kissing, no one can bet JiChangWook. Kimjiwon is amazing pair for him. 👏 just Wow.. The kissing they portraying was like they have been missing each other for so long. Im screaming

Lovestruck is DEEP. Someone whine to me earlier saying “why cant is be like RunOn” They said lovestruck was a very unhealthy relationship, she indeed didnt consider his feelings. I agree. BUT, real life its not sunshine and rainbow. I personally feel what she did ALL that she did was ghosted him and pretended to be indifferent. Park jae won was the one who DWELLED and self-sabotage. It was a deep love, if I’m ghosted I would dwell and be in pain too. Eun oh did it because she was scared, but little by little she revealed she wasnt honest 1. Printing all his photos 2. Avoiding him in person (hiding feelings) 3. Staring at him with longing but reservedness. So, if I was jae won I be like “I HAVE TO FIND OUT why she is awkward around me, when she say I’ve moved on”. You comparing Lovestruck with the “perfect relationship” in run on (jk). Run on was a relationship where both side are open and willing to open up. Lovestruck is a relationship where one is hurt and wants to run away. Question: have you ever had family that avoids other family because of shame? I’m disappointed in you? You’re not good enough? Bad comparison? Well Eun oh is technical not a “bad person”, just like my family is not bad people. If the intention is not to inflict pain, but pain was inflicted, I will forgive them. Thus, I do forgive Eun oh, because she demonstrate regret, and showing she didnt intend to hurt him. She acted out of fear. Plus, Jae won is a grown man. Becoming an alcoholic because of being ghosted and avoided? Guess what, toughen up. THAT’s pathetic, and 100% his own fault to become an alcoholic. But he learned his own flaws, and forgave her and tried now to understand her

When it comes a acting they both are professional, she always fit for the roles. She play well and so natural.

It IS a great drama, but it is a drama more fitting for those who has lived a little and know that life isn’t all glossy with perfect girls and amazing oppas. We take bad choices in life, sometimes we are too scared to do the right thing. This drama is different and super realistic.

I made one of the greatest decisions in my life when I chose to watch this series despite all other negative feedbacks, them telling it's kinda boring and draggy and cheesy. Nah, this is a story of six people falling in love and encountering the bittersweet reality of relationships. I love how they openly tackled the vulnerability of people and them having these weaknesses as their keys to real happiness as well. The mere thought that somewhere out there, someone will come along and stay by your side and that whatever happens, the heavens will conspire and bring you back together, gives me warmth and butterflies. This taught me that love is not supposed to be all rainbow & honey, it's all about continually choosing love that makes it beautiful 💫💌

At the beginning might seems boring too much narrative, after this episode makes me rewatch the entire drama again, now it all make sense Kim Ji won is a great actress, her expressions say everything and Ji chang wook, so emotional The kiss scene I have been waiting for!! Yay 😍

The whole scene (including the beginning and end that got cut out) is crazy good. It is so well-scripted, well-directed, and well-acted. The dynamic of the scene is crazy. Funny from the begining, then it got so tense. The details is just insane. Really this goes down as one of my favorite scenes in K-drama.
