JIFFY SWEET POTATO CORNBREAD| THE PERFECT SWEET POTATO CORNBREAD| VERY MOIST| EASY
Jiffy Sweet potato cornbread
2 15oz caned yams ( two cups)
2 jiffy box cornbread mix
1 14oz can of magnolia sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 cup of dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 drop red food coloring (optional)
1 drop yellow food coloring (optional)
Bake in oven
350° for 45 mins (middle rack)
BUTTER GLAZE
2 or 3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tablespoon of dark brown sugar

I've made it from scratch several time & its time consuming however the finish muffins is delicious( I'll make about muffin pan & loaf ). Now I'll try with jiffy ,no can yams ( it takes no time to boil sweet potatoes). She lost me with the can yams ...just not my preference

For those who are afraid do use jiffy corn mix because it has pork in it. They had a vegetarian brand and you can follow the same recipe and I just now made some and it is beautiful and delicious.

Omg ! I’m so happy I found your video. I wanted to make this for weeks and finally had the chance and was upset because all the videos I came across had all these ingredients I didn’t have. With your recipe only thing I didn’t have was the condense milk and nutmeg. So I added white sugar.
