Jiffy Sweet potato cornbread
2 15oz caned yams ( two cups)
2 jiffy box cornbread mix
1 14oz can of magnolia sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 cup of dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 drop red food coloring (optional)
1 drop yellow food coloring (optional)
Bake in oven
350° for 45 mins (middle rack)
BUTTER GLAZE
2 or 3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tablespoon of dark brown sugar
