This was all shot on June 16, 2011 from 6am to 2pm...As you can see the weather was always changing but the fish didn't seem to mind!

Jeez, you asked a question and I gave an answer. Musky are a different story than pike. I personally use a musky sling to land the fish, which puts less pressure on them. You must remember though, damage to the fins is much less severe than damage to the gills. It's like breaking an arm vs. puncturing a lung.

1:10 is just amazing, bondy is really THE MAN when it comes to musky in my opinion. hope to one day get out there with him

okay! thats your opinion! And okay occasionaly i get my hands gillraked but in my opinion the fins are getting damaged to much with a net! I only use a net when i see no other way to do it!

the net helps to keep the fish contained until you get a good grip on them

Question! Why do you muskyfishers always use a net and than chin the fish instead of chinning the fish right away and not using the net?
