It seems some of the places people are fleeing to are having escalating home prices, traffic congestion,…etc. We made a trip to Texas for research and decided the California climate was just too good to give up and the property tax in Texas is even worse than California. But, we are still looking, meanwhile we are “Stuck in Lodi Again” 🤷🏻‍♂️

People who care about themselves and their loved ones need to get off highly processed foods (fast food and ready-to-eat packaged meals). A nutritional diet heavy in organic veggies and legumes (and hot peppers), and daily exercise for flexibility and strength is the answer. Also most packaging has bioengineered ingredients- getting hard to buy cheap healthy ‘clean’ food but it is worth it. Spend a lot of time at stores these days checking all label packaging!

It was, but was discovered to also help lose weight...so follow the Big Pharma money. Plus with use and endorsement by some Kardashians, ka-ching! The stomach paralysis is probably worst side effect. I know a girl with that (she got it early in her 20s, not by Ozempic - she's early 30s now) and has an implanted stimulator and takes meds so expensive it takes Medicaid & Medicare and part of her husband's paycheck to cover the cost!

I am 5’10, I once weighed 270 lbs. I did everything wrong with food that you can do. Gut was huge, I looked terrible. I said no more, started eating less, started eating better, and got more active, hiking, lifting weights and core exercises. Got down to 205, gut is gone, stomach is flat feel a lot better. It took a few years, but I don’t have harmful side effects, and weight is not beholden to big pharma. Ozempic is such a bad idea.
