Well, I am a die hard Astro's fan, go to spring training, the whole deal. However, I have to admit I think the better team won. Both teams were very evenly match, but I think the Nat's Bats were a little better then the Stro's were.
@@DCS026 you THINK the nats bats were better, or its a proven fact that they were? 😂 The nats wanted it way more, astros had no heart those last 2 games
+Laura Thoreson Tell me about it. Bottom of every inning in Game 7 from inning 5 on last year, it was "Bumgarner this, Bumgarner that" from Mr. Buck Buck.
He ruined the WS between the Astros and the Nationals. Watching the games against Yankees was torture. All he talked about was how the Yankees this and the Yankees that.
Joe Buck is so Bias its unreal. He will run his mouth until he's blue when the team he wants does something good but there are numerous times when the team he opposes does well and he falls dead silent for a stretch of time.
And don't forget he is also a bigot just listen to the way he announces plays by Black athletes especially QB'S opposed to none Black athletes. .He thinks speaking codes can hide his words but Joseph is so apparent it's discussing.
Joe Buck DARES america to change the channel! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
Bob Uecker from the Milwaukee Brewers should call the World Series. He knows his stuff and is absolutely hilarious. Used to be a pitcher for the Milwaukee Braves. He also had more apearances than any other guest on the Johnny Carson show. It is the only broadcast where you turn off the sound from the T.V. and turn on the radio. People actually bring radios to the ball park to listen to Ueck on the radio. He is a classic.
and just ask an Astros fan what they think of Joe Buck... oh, by the way... did you know Juan Soto was only 21 years old... fact! I heard it somewhere during the WS
I have a really hard time watching one sided broadcasts. The world series was incredibly painful to watch Joe Buck sit and praise and get excited anytime the Royals did anything. The Royals would get a base hit and he would call it with more enthusiasm than if the Mets hit a homerun. That's why I love Gary Cohen. If the Mets are losing 15-o he still calls opposing runs with effort. That's why I listen to a lot of Rockies, Angels games and some others I can't recall because I watch so many teams.
The generic national sports broadcasts are even worse when they also seem biased against your team. With former Braves player Jeff Francoeur as part of the 2021 NLCS broadcast, he seemed to be the only one trying to be neutral while the other two were openly pulling for the Dodgers at every turn. You could hear Ron Darling openly cheering or sounding down based on what the Dodgers did.
So sick and tired of the whole broadcast filled with nothing but Joe Buck saying "The last time a player , you'd have to go all the way back to Why FOX Sports continues with him when so many people hate his announcing is beyond me. I've gotten to the point that I won't watch the All-Star game and unless my team is in the WS, I won't watch either. Tried the mute and listening to the audio from a radio but too much of a delay.
I`m a huge Royals fan and I can't stand Joe Buck. I agree with Jim he causes violence. Every time I here his voice I want to punch something. Jim you are great you are funnier than all get out. Maybe you should announce the world Series on national T.V......... P.S. Sorry about the Mets losing the world series. You guys are a pretty amazing team. Thanks for a wonderful series.
I wish they would let Kruk do some postseason Games. His sense of humor and experience makes me love listening to him call games. I'm a royals fan so obviously I have buck. He put on such a front when the royals one lmao. He seemed pissed off during post game footage.
As a Royals fan, I can totally agree. The best part of this year's series from a broadcast perspective was when the truck went out and we got the MLB.com crew. Then the guys from Fox kicked them out and it was back to the same old thing. The other crew was definitely better.
Spot on! The best part about game 1 of the 2015 WS so far was when Fox lost the feed and the International broadcast team was on. They were far superior!
Back in the mid to late 90s, if the Yankees made it to the post-season, I would turn the TV's volume down to 0 and put on the radio. The radio announcers (back then, at least) were a ton better. I had my stereo connected to our old TV antenna. Then in 2000 we had the house sided and the moron who did the job decided it was too hard to fit sheets of siding behind the antenna wire, so he just cut it halfway up the house and left it hanging. Didn't say anything about it or ask if it was ok - he just did it and proceeded to finish his half-assed siding job. He didn't remove our window A/C units to do the flashing around the windows, either. He just didn't bother to do the flashing on those windows. So after 2000 I was forced to listen to people like Joe Buck and Tim McCarver if I wanted to watch the post-season games. Remember THAT dynamic duo? The only guy who liked to hear his own voice more than Buck was McCarver.
Does anyone notice how high or hung over he is, Lord have mercy, he is on some nice sensimilla or couple blues. I only say this from experience. Go Marlins!!!
I totally agree with Jim I don't like his voice. I don't like him on NFL and MLB and now Fox Sports covers 3 of the golf majors so were forced to hear Joe's wind bag uugghhh.
Preach Brother preach. Fox coverage is the absolute worst. Baseball has tempo all it's own. For some it's too slow. But every graffic doesn't need sound effects. Every pause doesn't need to be filled with an anecdote from some jackass. Please NBC come back. Would you rather have Joe Schmuck or Bob Costas?
He's not just ripping on Buck. They ALL suck. There's not one decent ESPN announcer. Al Michaels used to be okay, but he's worked waaaay past his prime.
No human has ever gotten more sound out of the letter B than Jim does here at 2:43 when he says Buck. Try and say Buck with as much emphasis on the B as Jim does. You’ll quickly find that it’s not possible.
Joe Buck and in general the announcers weren't legitimate. I think a moderator with announcers that KNOW the team would provide some excellent commentary and add more to the World Series viewers experience!
Jack Buck was a great announce. Joe is just riding his dad's coattail. I doubt if he could get a job calling JV games on the local AM station if it wasn't for his dad.
HOW? HOW!? HOW DOES JOE BUCK STILL HAVE AN ANNOUNCING JOB? I've never heard a single soul sing him praise. He's just not good at his job. It's like listening to wood, but wood has more emotion than Joe Buck, and a higher sports IQ too!
Everyone is on the same page as Jim! I hate Joe Buck. Ever since he called out Randy Moss for his touchdown celebration in Green Bay, I’ve hated that dude. His voice is most punchable voice, if that makes any sense at all 😂😂
