I love that all of us 80's headbangers are still just basically 50-something year old teenagers. I was just at a buddy's wedding reception and the band played "Blackout" by the Scorpions. A bunch of us jumped up and immediately started doing air guitar and rocking our asses off, just like we did at the concerts, we didn't give a shit, we were suddenly 16 or 17 again and feeling pure joy and total fun. That is the true beauty and magic of music....it's a time machine. We will be doing that until the day we die, even if we live to be 100.
"Merrily-Merrily-Merrily-MERRLeh'....LIFE IS BUUT A DREEEAM!!!" *FIRE!* could totally picture brian johnson and angus young jammin the fuck out to that! lol
I played some of my favorite metal music for my grandson, he said it sounded like a train wreck. He never saw or heard a train wreck at that point, good times. It was a good guess though.
I can definitely relate to this. My Mom would always mention how I had great taste in music even as a baby. She'd also mention how while the other little kids were listening to Barney tapes, I was rocking out to the sounds of Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Grateful Dead and The Doors. My Mom remembered one moment where I was nodding my head to Break on Through like I was actually listening to it.
Love his AC/DC impersonations 😂🎸🤘 love all his impersonations really. The Brian Johnson one was spot on when he played live with Brian ? Brian got a taste of what he sounded like 😂
one of the only times my dad said he was proud of me was when i told him i liked a song on the radio in the car; i was 6 and it was Sandman by Metallica. not even bullshitting
I would love to hear Jim Breuer just do a full album of 80s metal covers. He would kill it. Get Jack Black to produce and have other standups Star in the music videos.
He is one of the best friends of James H. from Metallica,James is a godfather of Jim child, you can also see Jim with his thing :) on MTV Metallica Icon.
