I know that over the 3 years people have given Jim some grief for his opinion about aew. They've described him as being out of touch, of not knowing what modern fans want, and for pushing for an era that just can't come back. But as you can see, everything that he said was going to happen has come to pass. It's not even just a true statement for wrestling, you can't be the friend you have to be the boss. Tony thought all of these people were his friends, and maybe some are, but wrestling is and always has been a bit of the Carney life and wrestlers have always looked out for themselves first because they've had to. This is letting the foxes run the hen house and now he's seeing the result

This is late stage WCW stuff. The people in charge have zero respect of the locker room and the wrestlers just do whatever they want even after being specifically warned not to do something. Nobody in that locker room is a leader, it's honestly shocking how someone like Jericho or Danielson haven't laid down the law and tried to get things back in order. They're there for a paycheck, ego strokes and that's it. Everybody seems to be part of their own backstage group constantly politicking and leaking out negative stories about things happening behind the scenes to make themselves look better. Contrast that to WWE and somebody like Undertaker, who even after being one of the top guys in the wrestling business for decades and was set for life still went out of his way to resolve issues between wrestlers and be a middleman for management when necessary. Even with Undertaker gone there are tons of veterans there who have filled the void. They are respected enough and care enough about the business to keep things in check. Tony is a numbers/analytics guy who put himself in a position to be his own boss and has no idea how to deal with people. He doesn't trust anybody to help him because he wants all of the glory. This is all his fault.

If Andrade went on a planned show and called Sammy out on the show as an angle and then Sammy got mad and it sparked a feud it would’ve been a good set up. This is 100% on Tony Khan. This was as avoidable as you can possibly get,and the incident still happened. He needs to run a business like a business instead of running a business like it's high school. Just let the man go If he does not want to be there. Don't hold on to him because it's all going to come down to him trying to get out and create drama. You know I'm sporting a black eye right now. From a guy I've worked with for 3 years who only over the last month has given me the third degree and when I brought it to management they just said you need to handle it yourself and talk to him figure out what the problem is I come in Monday morning he starts yelling at me I won't be bullied I put him in his place and he sucker punched me ,just a sign that everywhere sometimes management needs to intercept these conflicts to keep anything from happening physically it's just that they don't want to be bothered by it. That guy got fired by the way and I'm still here. And by the way Jim is a fellow Louie villain! I actually just watched your interview for your TNA debut and it was awesome

Andrade is a perfectly fine worker. He just has no charisma at all.

Sammy has been in 4 things that we know of and the first thing about Sasha he got suspended and had to get sensitivity training yea I would say that didn’t work.
