Yeah that really surprises me because it seems like he has a lot of irons in the fire going on for himself and if he goes to WWE that all that stuff gets kaboshed because you're property when you work there and you can't even get a hair cut without permission much less a reality show on TNT. It could be a throwaway line, but who knows? Only time will tell, so we're just gonna have to wait and see.

Simple. Because people think WWE is the entire industry. That WWE, not pro wrestling, is that show everybody used to watch with the moves and catchphrases and stuff. So with that mindset, they'll accept anything they do.

They would see other wrestling shows and think they were just other versions of WWE and not their own thing. This kind of casual perception of what wrestling is, is what other promotions have to put up with. Hell I know people that thought AEW was simply another WWE show, and were like "I already watch WWE on Raw and Smackdown, why should I watch any more of it?"
