Oh man, I'm watching this after Joey Mercury's twitter rant. Greg Gilleland is the name of this office boy. Anyways, for those that don't know, Joey revealed that: ROH tried to make Kelly Klein work shows in South Africa while she was concussed They have no concussion protocol Alex Shelley got medical training and was taking care of people backstage for free ROH didn't have a quick response to Lethal's recent arm injury, nor did they take care of him They didn't take care of Jeff Cobb when he got hurt Greg doesn't see much value in Bandido, so he'll be a free agent by January 1, 2020 They're not spending much on security at shows. Remember that incident with the fan and Bully Ray? There's your explanation. He was apparently forced into making a judgement call for that. There's more, but jfc, ROH sounds like a mess.

@@tysontomkothere was an incident at an roh show either live show or ppv where bully ray was being attacked verbally by a heckler. Staying in character bully did as any good wrestling heel would do and ramped up the altercation. Now I'm not sure if it ever became physical, but basically the premise of the situation is that it was an unnecessary situation that could've gone far worse than it did.

I cant believe how much better and healthier Jim sounds now, we need him for another 20 years.

A lot of it has to do with his equipment. This was back when he had a shitty mic that made him sound awful, then Brian got him some better gear at some point, so he sounds much better these days.

Greg the office boy and Ross are two different people. Ross was as Jim calls him the merchandise weasel. Greg was an accountant who Jim said in this video had never seen pro wrestling in person before and basically Jim was gobsmacked by the stupidity of Greg and I believe that's one of the reasons why he left Ring of Honor.
