I'm with Jim. I saw a pigeon fly into one of my windows and lay there shuffling around with a broken neck until it died. What made it even more heartbreaking was that another pigeon was sat next to it the whole time, like it was comforting this other pigeon. That broke me for the rest of the day.

In April a faucet let go in our kitchen. It caused water damage. They crew tore our house, forgetting to turn off the water to the dishwasher. Majorly flooding the kitchen and destroying my daughter’s ceiling underneath the kitchen. We’re now in June. They aren’t doing what they’re supposed to do and neither is the insurance company and I’m fighting with everyone to fix all the shit they broke during the demo. We aren’t even on the schedule for a repair yet because of all the incompetence. And I’m starting to vibrate. It’s about to get ugly. By the way anyone who has USAA please dump them. They are now a d plus rated company with premium rates. Look it up. Our roof was torn off in a storm and we spent months and months fighting them. Meanwhile everyone else in the neighborhood had a new roof. We also had that happen with a deer on our fence line as well and god, it was gnarly. We couldn’t find anyone to help, either.

Probably would have been best to look up how to humanely dispatch a deer with a butcher's knife (if you don't have a gun) and do your best to put it out of it's misery. I'm no hunter but it's better than leaving the poor thing out in the cold prone to freezing and potentially being tormented & eaten mercilessly from the gizzards by natural predator(s). Also I love to listen to Jim and he seems like a caring person but the man is a meat eater and is happy to eat animals that are treated like absolute shit in abattoirs.
