Once we were playing a gig and the power tripped on us. So our guitarist got his acoustic, I picked up my snare drum and went beside him and we did an impromptu unplugged show. Sometimes shit happens and things go awry but then you have to teach yourself the art of turning chicken shit into chicken salad. The show needs to go on, in spite of power failures or ruptured quads. Now, we were just part time musicians... Snoop is a megastar and he would know better than anybody that SOMETHING NEEDED DOING. Sometimes its better to not do shit and make yourself look like an ass. He shouldn't have been doing stuff like that in the first place. Doesn't he get it? That if he's blown up by just walking down the ramp then he shouldn't be in the ring whatsoever
@namelessfacelessyoutuber6017
@@el-youtub3r402 It would've been too late to back out by the time he was in the ring but what does being exhausted have to do with a muscular injury ?
@el-youtub3r402
@el-youtub3r402 Год назад
@@namelessfacelessyoutuber6017 My comment wasn't refering to him tearing his quad. My point is that he's too old to be in the ring. Especially when he just does it once a year or less. Had he not teared his quad and wrestled the match etc. Nobody would have remembered that the next day. What made it memorable is that he made an ass out of himself and tore his quad. That's tragic.
@namelessfacelessyoutuber6017
@@el-youtub3r402 age doesn't have much to do with it ! Triple H tore his quad in the prime of his career doing a minor move ! Bodybuilders tear muscles all the time in the gym . they all could've injured themselves lifting and the muscle could've been hanging by a thread ! All these bodybuilder wrestlers are injury prone because all that squeezing and flexing is the opposite of the explosiveness they use in the ring . that's why many modern wrestlers do crossfit and functional training in the gym even triple h adopted that type of training towards the end of his career !

Man when shane returned I popped for real. And then him thanking the crowd for the pop he got made me emotional thinking it's probably his last hurrah here. And then when he got injured I got really sad, I know a lot of people laughed but I couldn't as I was genuinely sad for that botch. It's hard to imagine what Shane went through during the injury, the embarrassment in front of millions of people must hurt. I hope he gets one last promo infront of the audience before going out for good.

Miz called it for sure. Every member of the roster is versed in going on the fly. Miz is a total production guy by strength and experience. He knows the spots and cues better than most. Shane goes down, Miz is hard counting 1-mississippi, 2 etc. waiting for the hard camera to switch so he can lean back and yell, "Snoop, Drop me!" as crew prepares to roll out the injured. Snoop is a likeable guy and Miz will never take the credit for it but that's just in-ring responsibility.
