Jim is a master at these prank calls. The super abrupt and annoyed “Hello!! Yeah!!??” at 0:18, the rapid fire response “Miss we’re trying to get the verification”, the long pause after she asks if he’d like to make an appointment. 😂
Any little glimmer of being able to push their product makes them stay on. "Crap, they're doing this agian... but maybe his brother will give me the information I need!"
Jim told a story to Howard Stern that they were standing up, back-to-back passing the phone to each other, because they couldn't look each other in the face without laughing 😂
I thought of this after I hit send. I was offering a product one time and I got one of these, and it was great so I kept it going. The recording kept saying it was interested in the product and was hoping to get this call. Eventually, after just a couple of minutes, I thanked them for their time. I sent them a bill and the product. I thought something would be said to me, but nothing was ever was. It was so much fun to call their bluff 🤣 That was so much fun 😁
I had one on the phone trying to get me to install something or other for a full 15 minutes before I told him I was running Linux. He threatened to kill me, it was a good day.
How else are people going to know when I'm laughing out loud? It's a very efficient acronym. Also, you seem to have a lot of bad stress. Try listening to some Tiny Tim and see if that calms you down.
