I highly respect JImJordan who is always working hard for the people he represents and taking the time to be there and be present. I’m tired of the democrats making this about prejudice and unfairness when it’s about allowing men to participate in women sports. Stick to the issue. I believe in live and let live but don’t push your nonsense and gender modification on me and force girls to compete unfairly against modified men.
This brings it back to the universal commercial code. Not just regulatory flexibility but application of the UCC and US patent laws. Trademarked recipes too. Patented trademarked formulas. Put the stones to unregulated imports that violate us patent laws that use substitutions that are no good or not wise for the sake of competing alone.

We had all our medical taken to H.S. for screening, boys had prostate exams and girls certainly were checked for menstruation status. They worried about a trans not having a prostate screening? Or a having to stand in line for a menstrual screening when they cant have them!😂 Or expecting the clinician to get a handful of nothing and get caught red handed?😅😅 Im so sorry! If they are seeking counsel its because they face statutes and yes they can benefit by fighting statutes that apply to 3rd party appeals which belongs in the senate it should be a violation of the bureau or agency. Technically aiding and abetting a fraud with inappropriate councel. That's like privatly asking for protection with executive to favor an outcome. It makes contracts breached and null and void at the moment of execution which to me is an attempt to defraud by use of counsel. My daughter turned transgender, and when the therapist couldn't get a yes from myself and her siblings, she went outside my family to other relatives. That's the day she ripped my daughter away from her family. We never, through the whole process, got any medical information on the dangers of transgenderism and transgender dysphoria, which, by the way, falls under the bipolar, schizophrenia umbrella My daughter committed suicide due to the fact that the people she followed really didn't care about her but was actually taking advantage of her. When I went through my daughters papers after her death, she had one paper on gender dysphoria, but three journals of therapy. What the therapists had done to her was appalling and basically scrambled my daughters brain. Please don't let your child fall into the hands of these kinds of people. Grab your child and run run run for your child's life. These people are viciously evil.
That's funny how during the Pledge of Allegiance I noticed when it came to the the saying of..."One Nation under God indivisible " About half of the floor stopped and then continued with the Pledge.... That's DID NOT sit well with me. WOW.. To some people that may not be a big deal... But that is something that every American being in this country should respect believe and stand for and especially if you're in a position of representing the government of the United States.

With regards to boy and girl men and women sports, we should have a separate category for those who choose to be transgender. It is unfair for men to compete in women's sports even if they consider themselves female because we know they are both built differently. It is unfair and unless one begins to start a league of those who are transgender then we know women's sports are over. It has nothing to do with being bigoted it it has everything to do with being fair in anyone who stands against either leaving men in men's sports and women and women's sports with no room for people of transgender ideologies..... the only answer is to have a third category for those who are transgender and want to continue to compete

I am greatly offended by the term "Cis" to me it's the equivalent of a racial slur. It makes me feel alienated, isolated and less than normal... Like when someone says cis-gendered, it's an unnecessary attack and it makes me feel "less than". I think that the word should be added to the censor list like all the other racial and sexual slurs, especially in the Main Stream Media. I want everyone who reads this to make a formal complaint to RU-vid expressing this notion. It's not fair that people can say "Cis" but we can't say other "offensive" words.

Remember this is ONLY in the USA and other western countries. Priorities are seriously skewed, where more important issues like trafficking are not prioritised. This issue can be ended in a heartbeat if ALL biological female athletes just don’t show up to participate in the events. This is not about discrimination against transgender females- it’s merely about acknowledging the fact that physically they have a much higher advantage to a biological woman & can cause harm if competing in certain sports i.e boxing or other contact sports! If more women just stopped competing and sponsors are affected, you will see how quick this whole situation will be overturned.

One more thing it's not sex discrimination! When we are born we are given one of two sexes.... male and female. Any man who was born a man may choose to be something else but it doesn't change the fact that he was born a man with different chemicals in his body and a different build to his body than that of a woman. Men cannot have babies. Not naturally and so far not unnaturally. I am a straight female who has many gay friends of the lgbtq RS community and my first roommates when I became an adult were male gay men and lesbians. I have no hatred towards them whatsoever however if you are born a woman you should play in women's sports if you are born a man you should play in men's sports. Too many men are getting into the Olympics now and other sporting events and breaking records that women can never beat and probably because they cannot compete with other men. I don't know. I think truly the best thing to do if they want to be all-inclusive is to make separate bathrooms for those considering themselves transgender as well as starting a transgender division of every sport that there is. There's only that choice if you want to be honest and if you want to be fair. So far I have seen no women playing in men's sports except for baseball and a couple other smaller Sports but to expect a woman to be able to compete against a physically built man? In most cases this is just a travesty of Justice

Well I'm a human being with a condition I was born with and cannot change, and that is being a short man. I wanted so badly to play basketball growing up, and would have liked nothing more than to play in the NBA, but unfortunately my height held me back. I did pretty good in middle school, but by time I i got to high school all of my peers dominated due to their height over mine. Protect short people and allow us to play! This discrimination CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE!
I’d been telling my husband from the week after the Oct 7th attack that Candace was insanely silent in the matter and it blew my mind… it’s so sad that she got caught up in that hate but I’m glad she isn’t using the DW to proclaim that disgusting narrative anymore.
