I purchased this book at the beginning of 2023 because I wanted to start reading a book a month. Knowing that my reading was not good! I didn’t remember what I had read, and I read super slow. Needless to say after reading this book, I am now on my sixth book, and so confident about what I am reading, and remembering and learning and comprehending… this has expanded to so many areas in my life and growth! I never thought I could read so well…! Thank you! Sincerely🤓

I think some of us are more introverted because we notice just how much we pick up on the energy of others and, while exciting, it's draining also.

Also because extroverts are nosy people and they need to know your business before they know how to converse whereas introverts like to sit back and watch and try to use non interpersonal topics to converse

I adore you both and for the most part enjoyed this session... ..But, my dear lord God, it evermore makes me uneasy each time My Brain Coach brother Kwik, dredges up the saga of his childhood challenges...... The chief reason is that all the agony, angst and torment he suffered as a bambino, causes me to recall pretty similar horrors of my own younger years. You know, who thf wants to revisit that distress over and over again?. I earnestly hope to God this delightful, resourceful treasure of a person could for at least one of these podblasts refrain from bringing it all up. Believe me, it leaves it claw marks and impressions...... I can sense them in his always calming, collected demeanor and his wonderful smile. The both you offer a wealth of useful information.... Thanks for that. Blessings and healings for both and your tribes Be safe, be well, take care 🙏👌❤❤❤❤

@@abbadumaine I understand it's "what we're taught to do" and agree wholeheartedly on how these things affect my energy as well. I do not need the details. A label is enough for me to understand what someone has been through. I feel we give more light to the dark than is necessary. We also understand their success shines because of their success in areas that afford them the ability to do so. For instance, my financial stability has been last on my list... where refining my own Spiritual growth has been given more attention. This is where others caution to not get too stuck on enjoying "the nothingness", as a reminder there are other areas of our life that also need tending. In contrast, those who focus solely on money need to focus on their Spiritual well being. And add in things like physical and emotional health... it can be a lot. We are all at different stages, different levels in our growth. They've just pushed their core areas to high enough levels to show us what is possible. Nobody is flawless. We are all a work in progress. And I too hope we can start giving less light to the darkness. I feel it only presents it as an option. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. 👊❤

There were so many times I had to pause this episode and write down nuggets of pure brilliance. Turning our nouns into verbs really stood out to me, reframing the concept of taking action on our thoughts in such a way that I immediately wanted to do so. This is one of my favorite episodes and I’m so inspired by this conversation. Thank you! 🙏🏼

This is absolutely amazing! You have helped me so much! I was in an accident and suffered TBI impacting my memory soooo badly and crushing several disks in my back leaving me struggling to walk I have acquired 90% of my brain capacity at present. Listening to Dr Joe Dispenza and now hearing Jim Kwik gives me definite hope that I will be back to 100%. I am also able to walk and have returned to work. Thank you thank you Ed for providing this platform! May God continue to use you and bless you

Just purchased this book. This interview really hit home. I can relate to so much of what was being spoken about. Especially how I grew up with the same learning curves and not wanting to speak in front of my class in school. That insecurity followed me throughout majority of my life. So glad I subscribed and found this interview.

Loved the part about nootropics. But be careful about Lions Mane. Its overhyped with all that NGF/BDNF boosting effects (which can be achieved withiut this mushroom as well) and it has some serious (although anecdotal) effects on male hormones.

I'm an advocate for having a diverse investment strategy. I grew to a 7 figure mark with my portfolio having exposure to different areas of the market, including small and large-caps of the ETF index, blue chip stocks, coins, grade bonds and alternatives like cryptocurrency markets, as this helps manage the overall risk on my portfolio managed by my FA.. Credits to my adviser, Larry Marshall, i have no doubt investing more
