Laser focus on the solution with perfect clarity... What is my physiology like in the moment a problem arises? Solve the problem right away. Problems indicate progress. 1. What does this really mean? What is really happening right now? What really is the problem without the story? 2. What is my clear vision of what I want specifically? What is it exactly that I want when this problem is solved - specificity? 3. Who and what do I need to make this possible? How do i get resourceful? 3. What can I learn from this? How am I going to grow from this? 4. What is great about this problem? 5. What is not perfect yet? 6. What am I willing to do to solve this problem? 7. What am I not willing to do? 8. How can I enjoy the process?

I’m getting bariatric surgery the end of the month. Embarking on a new journey and course correction! This is an excellent mindset preparation in taking massive action for tackling whatever problem you may have. I thoroughly enjoy your podcasts and content! Thanks Ed!

It's sometimes difficult to know God's direction for our life on our need to know schedule.. thank God your voice and one or two others help me gain perspective.
