Yea. They need to stop with those “celebrities”. The staff just talking is way more entertaining than some comedian no one has ever heard of who has a new special on his own youtube page.
Yeah why don't they take the telescope thats set up to take pictures of things millions of light years away to take a picture 200k miles away. Like using binoculars to look at bacteria.
The followers of the opie and Anthony show that were too dumb to move on or didn’t choose to follow Anthony or Opie. Also only Opie and Anthony people know these guys it’s not like they’re getting new people based on recommendations.
I want to watch this, but Troy seems like a decent human being, and I don't feel like getting angry on a Friday evening. He is Eddie Bravo with none of the charisma.
Can't find that American Moon video on youtube anymore apparently... EDIT: Found it. Had to search it on Brave Browser outside of RU-vid to get it to show up. Won't show up on youtube searching "American Moon (English Version)"
I found it by adding american version to the search and its was about 20 videos from the top...just scroll down till ya find it...cant wait to listen to it while I work....i need a good laugh
@Alvalanker Alex and Jesse will tell minor truths to lure in non-npc’s, but at they end of the day they are still controlled opposition, and not even close to where your final destination of information should be
So, by your logic, the moon landing couldn't have happened because there were casualties along the way? Doesn't the honest admission of mistakes make it more likely?
I believe you’re referencing the problem that simple Velcro solved…learning from simple mistakes exponentially advances engineering feats such as these…Just ask Elon Musk and Space X reusing rockets
Just send a dude to the moon "again." NASA could correct all the inconsistencies with cgi if they wanted to. I'm sure lots of people would believe it. Why don't they just do that?
He barely talked, Jim rambled like an idiot about satellites and how many other countries have been to the moon, even though none of them claim to have put a human on the moon.
Wow. How does anyone in this clip not know by heart that the detailed google map photos are aerial (aeroplane) photos? It's easier to make detailed orbit photos of the moon or mars, because thermal disruption of the light through our atmosphere makes images blurry (like the light over a heated strip of asphalt is distorting/warping). And you basically showed Troy photos of the Apollo landing sites from moon orbit, but it's completely ignored. No amount of detail in photos will ever convince sceptics of the apollo landings. Like Jim said, no use for scientists to point billions of dollars of telescopes on pieces of real estate we ready know exist, just to try to convince unconvincable people. Yay pudding!
@@a-damthemansixtynan4463 The game is known to me, though I've never played it. It's just that even a slight grasp on astronomy might be able to dispell most conspiracies. Loads of them (at least the ones of the astronomical type, I'm taking my hands off the Kennedy/WTC/WEF ones since my knowledge of those areas is insufficient to form any kind of informed opinion) seem to be grounded in a lack of understanding in physics or astronomy (astrophysics so to speak). Segments like this are equally entertaining and saddening at the same time. Great to hear the banter to and fro, but discouraging to hear people defend a standpoint which is so easily debunkable. It's like convincing your kid that loads of candy isn't good for it. No matter how many arguments you bring up, the kid JUST WANTS CANDY, and that's that.
Still doesn't explain why other World Super Powers haven't gone there. Human nature throughout history has been to one-up your rivals. Why hasn't Russia or China landed and put an even bigger flag there? Thats like no one ever climbing Mt Everest because "it's already been done"...
The shadows lead in two different directions and you can see the guys jumping with cord attached to their back. You can also see the faked image of "earth" from "halfway to the moon" that was really just a round porthole window filled with the blue Earth, as they were still in very low orbit. No amount of evidence will ever convince slaves to question authority
There is no detail- a few pixelled dots? Here’s another thing- just go back - NASA gets 66 million dollars a day- why not try to build an engine or something?
Because it's so much easier to send a person up there to lay it on the surface than it would be to send an unmanned vehicle/rover to drop it on the ground.
Sam is a good interviewer, visually. His facial expressions add to the whole thing many times over. If you know his sarcasm you can tell how sarcastic he is. But if you've never listened to him, you'd think he was interested in getting answers from his guests and not mocking them. 😂
My biggest gripe with the moon landing is that we somehow made it to the moon, landed on it and then got back to earth. This doesn’t seem likely in the context that us and the USSR kept failing a ton of missions, but somehow out of no where we succeed on one of the biggest missions possible? The motive being a morale win over the soviets. I will say Troy’s arguments and logic aren’t good. If I’m right then why haven’t other nations shared my thoughts? I haven’t seen any debates on the moon landing. Sadly, the people involved would never entertain questions. Speaking of those involved the fact that no one has come forward on any possible conspiracy is a big hit for those who think it’s fake.
I think regardless of what "science" or common sense you think you are applying, there is no possible way that the thousands of people who worked at NASA (and all of the contractors) who specifically designed and manufactured systems to go to the moon, somehow knew the moon landing was fake but not a single one of them has ever come forward. That they actually designed a ship that only went to orbit the earth and land, with no intention of going to the moon, but not a single person has said anything? That, to me, seems more improbable than any other theory you can apply. Not a single person has come forward and said it wasn't possible and that they all lied?
The footage of the moon landing is most likely fake because 1969 film wouldn't handle the radiation of the Van Allen Belt very well. I couldn't ever truly believe it did or didn't happen without more evidence.
It's 238,000 miles away. Earth is 8,000 miles across, so you can fit approx 30 earth sized planets between us and the moon. That's a helluva long way for an instrument to zoom in on something about the size of a car. You can see the landing sites from a good home telescope though - the info is out there if you want it.
You can easily view the flag they left there (now bleached white by the sun). I guess all the "it's a fake" people think that is painted real tiny on all telescope lenses.
The smallest object on the moon that the Hubble can observe is about the size of a football field... We can see galaxies light years away because those same galaxies are thousands of light years wide and thick. You can see a mountain from 40/50 miles away. That doesn't mean you can see an ant on a fence from across a field.
The theory behind the space telescope’s and other missions going into deep space but not the apollo missions is that those are unmanned missions. This still brings up the issue with the van allen radiation belt and getting humans past it not just unmanned missions
Half of the moon is always away from the sun, hence the "dark side of the moon". The moon does not rotate like earth does, it just goes around earth like a static ball. One side is always lit by the sun.
And the galaxies Hubble and Webb are photographing are 50.000-1.000.000 lightyears across. So a flag or footprint on the moon is more difficult to catch on camera than a galaxy, almost no matter how far away it is
If a satellite that orbits 120 miles above earth can take good enough photos of cities and landmarks for GPS, then they should easily be able to do the same around the moon and take a photo of the Rover.
Satellites taking pictures of Earth are AROUND 400 KMs away. The same satellites, when they are closest to the Moon, are still over 380,000 KMs away. In other words, the Earth satellites are nearly 1000x closer to Earth than the Moon. If you want to apply his argument to real data. Pick a location on google maps that shows a vehicle. Screen grab that. Put it in a paint type program. Then have it magnify the image by .001. See if that vehicle doesn't look like a dot. (Edit: If you are using microsoft paint, it goes by percent. Change whatever image you have boxed in from 100 to 1. That is 100 times smaller. To simulate 1000x smaller, you save it, box it again, and change 100 to 10.)
Ok? Why doesnt NASA launch a satellite to the moon that orbits 400 KMs away in order to better map its geograpy, and ALSO prove they landed there via photos of the Rover and flag?
@@TomTomTom87 i don't want my tax dollars wasted to map a dead planet and to prove anything to idiots. but if it makes you feel better, SpaceX help put a South Korean Satellite in space that will get there in December. Also NASA has contracted SpaceX to build a rocket that is capable of landing on the moon and flying back to Earth. Why wasn't it done before? Because it was much more expensive for NASA to do it than competing private businesses. Now go sail a boat to the edge of the Earth looking for a gigantic ice wall.
Jesus effing christ do you really miss "the good old days" that much, that you're longing for Ant screaming at the top of his lungs about how black people are all criminals?
@@TheOrlandoTrustfull Look at crime statistics. And yes, I mostly listen to Nopie episodes rather than new comedy podcasts or this show. That's how much I miss the good old days, and I wasn't even old enough back then.
I've never seen Troy before. I thought he was always supposed to be sone thin hunk. He looks chunky and bloated. How is Sam in his 40's , look like he is 60 and sound like he is 15?
Troy - "if they released photos of the rover on the moon that would debunk everything" Here's actual photos of the rover on the moon Troy - "They're bad photos" Conspiracy nuts are oxygen rapists
Forget the footprint and tracks , even if you could see them on the moon does it mean man went? Theres rover tracks on mars (skeptical) but that doesn't mean man set foot on there.
Hi, if you can get a hold of Tom, Christa McAuliffe's grandson to take a picture of his grand mother with the date. She was famous so i dont think she would have a problem with publicity. we would be glad to circulate the image, we are not sworn to secrecy either
The satrs we see at night are stars, not galaxies lol. Galaxies don't appear as bright pinpoints but as smudges, the stars in our own galaxy are so bright they drown out galaxies
@Art Callan True, but that;'s one of only very few galaxies that we can see outside our own with our naked eye, and they look different than the regular stars. This whole radio discussion was unbearable because clearly no one knew what they were talking about lol
@@ilikespacedinosaurswhy are all the stars the same size in distance away from our naked eye? As well as the moon covering the sun during an eclipse....oops

Troy just doesn't have a good argument for why it didn't happen other than asking why. Also, hes asking Podcasters. Maybe ask someone with more credentials, troy
Troy sounds like a moron who doesn't understand space or the unbelievable amount of money it takes to send something up there. Why would we spend billions of dollars to go up and take pictures of footprints when dummies like him will just say they're fake anyway?
